• Judi (10/5): We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the quiet location after busy days at the tennis and seeing friends. - It was well situated close to tram and bus routes that we required. Much better than staying in a hotel as you had space to relax in addition to your bedroom - a lounge and dining area as well as an outside undercover courtyard. Recently renovated with useful inclusions. The owner was on site so there was help at hand if we needed anything. The bed was very comfortable and the unit was quiet at night. It had all necessary facilities and was very clean. More coat hangers would be useful but apart from that everything was fine. We would have loved to stay longer ……..

• israel (10/5): Exceptional - It was a nice, small, very cute place. Very clean. Location was exactly where we were looking for. The host was great, great with communication and explaining everything. Nothing. I loved everything
• Lynne (9/5): Comfortable and convenient to where we were headed - Supplied our own food. My only issue was the bedroom was way too light. It was a full moon and the bedroom was quite light by 4.00am which made it hard to sleep longer. The bed was comfy and the bedding.

• Bernard (9/5): Truely a home away from home. - Convenient, with a washing machine and a dishwasher made it great for a multi-day stay. Parking available in the driveway. Very detailed check-in instructions. Only minor issue was that we struggled to get Netflix to work on the TV. My son says that it is because the router runs on 5GHz and the TV on 2.4GHz.

• Kim (10/5): Great location, quiet street, clean & tidy property - Fantastic Location, easy to get to. Walking distance to shops. Very clean and tidy. Owner onsite and was absolutely lovely. No face washers - my only complaint.

Really easy to access and Hannah was very lovely and helpful. The accomodation had a great little booklet on the table with all the information needed for the area which was great. It was clean and tidy and walkable to cafe/supermarket as well as the tr - The property was very clean and tidy and the host was very helpful. Tea, coffee and milk were available in the accomodation. Plenty of linens and towels. Wifi was available and the info book was very helpful! Unfortunately we couldn’t connect the wifi to the TV so were unable to watch netflix.

• Cris & Kathie (10/5): Great accommodation, separate bedroom, bathroom and Kitchen. ver yclean - Fantastic communication, Easy with any questions we may have had. Easy to find with following the instructions re gate and code and we did this at 930 at night. This was the best accommodation. it has 3 rooms. Loungeroom / kitchen which has everything you needed, milk and bits and pieces to use. reverse air conditioning, dishwasher. A door leading to the Bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Then a door off the bedroom to the good size bathroom with Shower, bath, toilet and wash basin. Towels, face washers, liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner was supplied. all the rooms are a very good size and very clean. If we have to return to Melbourne we will certainty stay here again. Very good free WIFI Thank you HANNA I was concerned about the street parking at first but talking to a guy that lives a few doors down said he has never had any trouble and he has been there for many years. so no problem there.

• Bridie (8/5): Quiet and comfortable - Quiet. Comfortable. No top sheet just a thick heavy doona that was too hot. Without the doona we just had a bottom sheet. Desperately needed a top sheet and blanket for summer. Difficult to get any airflow through the unit with just wind out windows. There were no fly screen doors. No aircon in the bedroom.

Lots of extras we provided like coffee machine and plenty of linen The toilet ( it was not very comfortable to sit on as it was tall and seat was small & moved). We had trouble getting Channel Seven, kept saying poor connection.

• Jaquelina (8/5): Very good - Super comfortable bed and soft sheets. Located in a good spot and spacious. The bath is designed so that the faucet sticks out over the side of the bath where your back should go, which makes it a little uncomfortable but it’s not a major issue.

• Stuart (9/5): Great comfortable experience, feels like a 'Home away from Home' - Location was great for my purposes, I was working in SE Melbourne. The unit is very clean, bed was very comfortable, the bathroom is fully tiled, modern & clean, shower had hot water and good flow, overall unit facilities were great (reverse cycle aircon, pod coffee machine & milk, kitchen fully kitted with cutlery, cooking eqpt, dishwasher etc.). So good to be avoiding the typical minimalistic sterile hotel experience. Some occasional background noise from other units that may be a bother to others, but not overly intrusive. There are other units adjacent, so this is part and parcel of living in a shared building. A hotel is no different to this. Parking on street is a bit of a luck of the draw, but again a hotel is no different to this.
