- Dot (9/5): Excellent choice for family - Great central location, easy to walk or tram basically everywhere you'd want to go. Tony was a helpful and responsive host and very happy to change dates when our holiday plans changed. Apartment was super clean and lots of little touches made it an easy stay (e.g. salt and pepper, laundry detergent, etc). Pool and gym were clean and well equipped. Nothing - was a great spot.

- Angela (9/5): Catching Up with Family - It was so nice to stay in a well equipped and maintained, very clean apartment. Tony was so good to deal with and was very accommodating in our late checkout. The location was perfect with Woolworths across the road, tram around the corner, and a short walk to the Casino.

- SUSILAWATI (10/5): Excellent Stay – Spacious, Well-Located, and Fully Equipped - I really enjoyed my stay here! The apartment was clean and looked new. Bedding was super comfy, and having two toilets was perfect for a family of four. We could also cook our own meals — very helpful since eating out in Melbourne can be expensive.
The pool and gym were accessible, and there was staff at the lobby for added security. The apartment was spacious and airy, with a beautiful view of Melbourne’s skyscrapers, especially during sunset and at night — simply stunning!
The best part? Woolworth (for Halal meat, Indomee, noodles, Thai Jasmine rice, fresh fruits and veges, pastries, kids snacks, etc) and Asian Grocery Store are just right across the street — super convenient! You can also easily get an Uber or walk just a few minutes to the nearest tram stop, which made getting around the city really easy.
The host was amazing — very considerate and kind. They allowed early check-in, were generous with local tips, responsive on WhatsApp, and honest in returning our deposit, even when we requested an extra key.
Overall, this apartment felt just like home — comfortable, well-priced, and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Melbourne! Nothing at all.

Its location is exceptional, only minutes walking away from the Yarra River and its scenic walks. Giant Woolies is just across the road, DFO is about 10 minutes walking, just next to MCEC (Convention and Exhibition Centre).

Plenty of good food in close proximity and Crown is across the road as well. I dont really have anything to report. Maybe the front door was a little tricky to lock from the outside if anything. The pool wasn't available for my stay but that really wasn't a problem for me and im sure it'll be working soon enough.

- Cynthia (10/5): Awesome stay - Had a wonderful stay at this unit, it was nice and clean, beds were lovely and comfortable and they had a sheet, doona and a soft blanket so you won't go cold, the kitchen was stocked well so you could cook a meal if you didn't want to eat out, lounge and 2 chairs were comfy if you just wanted to chill and watch TV or read a book. The location was very convenient, the tram was a 5 min walk down the road, woolworths was straight across the road, and there were yummy cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Tony was such a great host and even gave great advice on yummy places to eat. We will definitely stay at this apartment again when we are back in Melbourne.

We went to the AO tennis and was only a 30min casual walk, MCG would only be another 5mins walk. Cross the Yarra river and you are in the free tram zone

A 10 minute walk to southbank and supplies from woollies just over the street. Super quiet too. We had a small problem with switch for washing machine but Tony quickly replied and all was well.

As we were travelling with a preschooler Boyd park was a bonus. We also loved the pool, and access to tennis court and gym. Tony was very responsive and easy to deal with. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We would be very happy to stay again or recommend to friends or family. Only minor suggestions - lamps in bedrooms would be good, and provision of tennis balls and racquets. A pod coffee machine or plunger coffee would be great (only found instant sachets).

Walking distance to entertainment, shopping and transport. Excellent and helpful communication from host Tony. I can't fault the place. Not 5 star accommodation but I didn't pay 5 star prices either.
