• Jennifer (3/5): This was a disappointing stay. No washing machine and noisy. - Close to Southern Train Station . The bed was comfortable. Nice swimming pool The instructions for getting the keys from the lockbox was incorrect. This apartment was advertised with having a washing machine . There wasn't one. I was staying for 9 nights. Communications was very poor. Sent text to owner who phoned me back but I was on Rod Laver court (tennis) and mobile was on silent. Sent another text and asked to phone me back after dinner . She never got back to me . It was quite a noisy apartment as the the train lines are close by. I have been coming to the Australia Tennis Open for the last 10 years and this apartment would be the worst, mainly for the communications and incorrect advertising of the apartment.
• Ramesh (1/5): Unclean and Uninhabitable – Had to Vacate Early - Collection of key was very easy from the close-by convenience store and it just took us 5 minutes for us to collect our keys which is very convenient. My stay at La Sky Boutique Apartment was disappointing due to the unclean state of the apartment. Dust was present on all surfaces, including the bed linens and mattress, causing us to develop dust allergies. Despite contacting the host, the issue was not addressed promptly, and we were forced to vacate the property early. I would not recommend this accommodation based on my experience.
• Mcdowall (8/5): Very good - It was in a nice area, it was decorated very nicely and wasn’t super small like most hotels, the owner was very friendly. The spa in the bathroom was very good we used it every night There wasn’t anything I didn’t like however the light in the bedroom didn’t turn on which was a little bit annoying.
• Moana (5/5): Passable - The room set up was nice, it was cosy and the terrace was lovely . It was also in a great location. The smell of smoke was quite sickening, and the bathtub had a big leak. There were only 2 towels per person, no bathmat, and to top it off, we had to use one of the towels to wipe up the water every day. The kitchen was also quite dirty, and no proper cleaning cloths were available to clean ip the kichen/table properly .

• Brennan (7/5): Great location but some small things needed improving but overall was nice place. - Close to tram station very convenient. More towels needed 1 towel for a 5 night stay with no washing machine or dryer. More pillows needed as only one and very soft.

• Bradley (8/5): Very good - Location and general layout The instructions for using the keypad to enter the apartment were very poor. It took 20 minutes to work it out. There was a nice coffee machine and a smart TV but no instructions on how to use either

• Anne (10/5): The accommodation was excellent unfortunately couldn't stay - Na I checked into accommodation on wednesday at 7pm and departed 1.30am because of family bereavement. I left keys on room snd emailed accommodation. The room was therefore available to rent gor 5 nights. They told me that booking .vom was t responsible gor any refund.
• Tai (10/5): A great experience - The host was very responsive. The location close to the Southern Cross Station and Melbourne Convention Centre was excellent.
• Tbreaux1969 (9/5): Superb - Good location and very spacius apartment. Would be great if it had cloths washer & dryer, or services. Other than that perfect.
• Cassie (4/5): nice enough. not clean enough in bathroom or outside seating area. still crumbs left over from previous people. - I liked that the pool and spa were close and an added luxury. bed was comfortable no instructions for spa empty containers under bathroom sink not enough towels or facilities to use a washing machine nothing to wash up with, cloths
• Amanda (4/5): Dissapointing, slow response time and poor communication - Nice homely touches. We confirmed instant booking the day before and tried to contact host immediately. We continued throughout the next day to make contact via phone and message, no reply until check in time at 3 to say they don’t actually take bookings the day before. They would have it ready by 7, at 6 they said it will not be ready and they booked us into an average apartment in same building. the key lockbox was not located as per instructions, in fact it was not located anywhere so we had to meet the host. Upon leaving we had to leave the house unlocked as there was no lockbox location. This was just one of the many bizarre things that happened. The communication was poor and at times seemed hard to believe. The leaving message on booking.com asks for a top rating to secure a free night.

• Alex (10/5): everything you need to enjoy a stay in Melbourne CBD - great location, clean spacious apartment, everything you need! difficult to say, but in the slightest issue was setting the shower temperature
