Across the road from a lovely park to walk or run.
Scond floor, so you can leave windows open with safety. Good AC. No dining table. A small 2 person table next to window would be preferable to the kitchen bench counter seats.
Rug on sofa had a few holes.
No pegs for hanging laundry.
That toilet door - hmmm - a bit rattly. Maybe bi-folds would be better. Difficuly one.

The hosts are very hospitable, responsive and accommodating. We loved the in-apartment washing machine and dryer and the very well equipped kitchen with full sized fridge.
The pictures and description are honest and accurate. The bed and bedding was very comfy. Enough kitchen and bathroom supplies were provided to get our stay started. Thank you so much! Apart from very minor issues, I can not fault this apartment and would love to stay again. It's perfect for solo travellers and mature couples!
It's not the hosts fault, but as other reviewers have pointed out, there is quite a bit of noise from the apartment above.
This is an exceptional apartment, but the ensuite bathroom was a little awkward, lacking privacy. It has a sliding screen instead of a real door, and no exhaust fan. This was managable for us, but for newly together couples, there will be no mystery left!

- Andrew (10/5): A great gem so close to the city - Less than 300m from the tram stop so just park your car out the front and just leave it there and use the trams and trains to get around from tram stop 28.
Coles is just 2 stops away at number 30 so easy to get food to cook at the unit and there is also take away near by the coles or walk the 900m to sydney road and explore the feast of food options that await on that tram line..
Any issues we had we just sent a text message and they were able to answer my text with in 24hrs for the issues. The only thing that was a small let down which is beyond there control was the need to run the hot water for about 2 to 3 minutes before the water was hot.
As this is a older building with a number of units will take a little while for the hotwater to come through.
