• kate (10/5): - The accommodations were fantastic. Everything that you could possibly need was supplied within the studio. Very quiet and tranquil outdoor sitting area to relax in after a busy day. The location of the studio is amazing if you come to visit The Biodome, Insectarium, and The Botanical gardens all of which just a short walk from the studio. The Metro station is also very close by. I highly recommend staying at L'Adresse Botanique.
• Scott (8/5): A convenient, cozy stay. - Jean-Pierre was very friendly and accommodating to arrival times. The unit is private, clean, and has personality, but not in an overbearing or estranging way. The shelf over the washroom sink is in the way for spitting after brushing your teeth. The mattress was a little stiff, but that's a preference

• Laura, in coppia (9/5): A very nice apartment - The owner is super-friendly! He replied quickly to our messages, helped us find a free parking spot close to the building, explained everything and pointed out the first-aid kit, the emergency light and so on. The apartment is furnished with taste and elegance. There's more than enough room for the luggages, and the kitchen is ideal for a quick breakfast before exploring Montreal. The bed squeaked! At least on one side every tiny movement was noisy (I'm pretty sure this can be easily fixed). A minor suggestion about the no-shoes policy: adding a shoehorn and a chair near the entrance (or turning one of the existing easy chairs by 180°) would make putting shoes on / taking them off easier for people with reduced mobility.
• philippe (10/5): A recommander - Etablissement conforme à la description sur booking - Jean-Pierre (l'hôte) a été prévenant et de bons conseils tant pour le déroulement de notre séjour dans son gîte que pour l'orientation de nos sorties (découvertes ou restauration). A recommander pour tout couple souhaitant une base arrière coucouning. Les plafonniers qui dégage beaucoup de chaleur et qui sollicitent la clim. Le reste est parfait pour un séjour sans préoccupation majeure.

• Elizabeth (9/5): - Everything that one.needs.for.a.nice.stay in a big city. Particularly.nice the cool souterraine on a very hot day and warm night. Jean-Pierre loves his city and is, as the Brits say, a real brick and was very helpful and generous with his time. Thanks.so.much! (.also.with the suitcase!) There is a bit of smell from the heating oíl. But it probably can't be changed.

• Lois (10/5): Comfortable well equipped apartment close to city centre in Montreal - This spacious and very well equipped studio is in a great location for exploring Montreal. It is only a short walk to a Metro station and is close to bus routes, especially Route 97 which goes to the foot of Mt Royal, an easy transfer to Route 11 bus takes you to the top of the mount for great views over Montreal. The host provides very helpful information about places that a visitor to Montreal should see, eg, AURA at Notre Dame Basilica. Our stay was during a heat wave and the apartment had cooling running when we arrived, lovely to walk into a cool home away from home. We are on an extended trip so being able to use a washing machine and dryer was greatly appreciated. Our host was helpful with parking advice for our three night stay in Montreal. A wonderful place to stay if you want the independence of an apartment when visiting Montreal. Nothing
• Jane (10/5): Exceptional - Jean-Pierre was an excellent host. He gave us tips & recommendations. He was contactable by text & quick to reply if we asked for info. The studio was large & beautifully decorated. The area is quiet & very nice. The weather was warm & there was an air-conditioning unit, which he advised us to leave on all the time. 5 -7 minutes walks to Pie IX metro, depending on pace. Then all of Montreal is accessible by metro. Nothing! If we return we would stay with Jean-Pierre again.

The host is very friendly and helpful, we found a parkingspot directly in front of the apartment. The metro was close by. Great place to book to enjoy a visit to Montréal Everything was great, just a place to hang jackets would be helpful.

• Carroll (9/5): A great host and a lovely apartment in a good location. - The host, Jean-Pierre, was amazingly helpful, with local knowledge that set us on the right track and enhanced our stay. He went out of his way to be helpful. The apartment was private, secluded, and quiet, and it had all the facilities we needed to cater to ourselves. The apartment was easily accessible by metro and bus. Being a basement apartment, the air conditioner needed to be on 24/7. Fewer cushions and more towels would be useful (although we probably could've got more towels if we'd asked).

• Benjamin (8/5): Great comfy place to discover Montreal. - The L‘Adresse Botanique is conveniently located close to the Olympic Parc and the Botanical Gardens. The next metro station is just a few walking minutes away. The studio has everything you need, is very quiet and comfortable. Jean-Pierre is a great host, welcoming guests in person and helping with everything he possibly can. Basically everything was as described and expected. Just a little advice for tall people. The studio is a kind of basement and has very low ceiling and doors. So if you are above 1.90m you might need to bend to get in.

• Ilga (10/5): smart studio flat to enhance your Montreal visit - Jean Pierre was exceptionally helpful and welcoming when we were trying to sort out our arrival with lots of luggage. The accommodation is a very smart, tastefully designed, spacious, comfortable and well stocked basement flat. Nice touches like the living room area, a CD collection, large kitchen space, washing machine facilities, plentiful storage etc. Short walk to Pie IX metro and good bus links too. We agree with Jean Pierre's recommendation of restaurant Labarake, it was great. We'd also suggest Bar Pamplemousse in the centre and the small eateries in China Town. We recommend the bus route to the top of Mont Royal and then heading down on foot into the city . The $11 public transport tickets ( for full 24 hrs) very good value, even gets you back to the airport. Jean Pierre's studio flat made our short stay in Montreal really special, thanks no issues at all

It provides good value for money. The only disappointment was the very limited view from the small, high-level windows at garden / pavement level.
