It was clean, well managed, i had the best time there the view was outstanding and all the amenities are well put together if you forgot something they will have it for you. The hosts were incredible the hospitality they provided was extraordinary. I didn’t bring a car (which you must) although the hosts took me around the area and showed and taught me all about their town and others nearby, i am forever grateful for how good they made my trip! Will definitely be coming back. I could write heaps more about how fantastic they were and how good the property is. Nothing, everything was so good

And all the small towns and national parks Perfect place to relax after a day out exploring . Very clean and well appointed. Friendly and knowledgeable host. Hope to stay again in the future . Hopefully in the warmer months so we can try out the pool

If you don't want to cook, several good take away shops within 5 minutes drive. You can sit on the deck and watch the Cruise and Cargo ships in the distance at night. The loo has a wonderful view. It was too cold to take a s swim.

The hosts made sure we had everything we needed to ensure we had a lovely stay. We would highly recommend to our friends if they are visiting Australia! Mooloolah is a lovely little place near to Mooloolaba! Thanks again for an amazing stay. From the delicious scones to every kitchen utensil needed, everything is really well thought of. This isn’t a negative on the property at all, however if you are likely to stay here a car/transport would be needed as it is a few minutes from the local shop & walking can be a little dangerous!

The host, Jason, is super nice and helpful and the fresh scones on arrival were such a nice treat. The apartment is spacious and clean and well equipped with everything you could need, felt very homely. The kitchen is well kitted out and the bathroom was lovely and big and light. The queen bed was also very comfy, not too soft. The view from the apartment is really nice and the pool was amazing to cool off after big days out hiking or at Australia Zoo. Highly reccomend staying here when visiting thr Glass House Mountains and surrounds. Nothing to complain about.

He also gave us a list of all the beautiful spots in sunny coast and recommended restaurants that were nearby which was very helpful. • Angel (10/5): Beautiful and Welcoming - A beautiful piece of paradise. The apartment had everything we needed and more! The gorgeous gardens and private pool added to a very enjoyable stay as did the wonderful views. The hosts are friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. It was a fantastic stay and we hope to return again. We couldn't find anything not to like.

• Erin (10/5): Gorgeous location, very clean and exceptional hosting! - This is where you want to stay if you are visiting the Australia Zoo/Glass House Mountains. Host is excellent and very responsive & goes above and beyond. The place is clean, spacious, and very reasonably priced for what is offered. This spot should be in a Booking.com commercial. Even if you did not go anywhere and just stayed in all day, you would still have a lovely time. Only helpful suggestions would be to add a light above the mirror and an extra towel, but that’s if we’re being very very picky

Our host Jason made us feel most welcome - friendly and helpful, happily sharing his knowledge of the area and recommending good places for food. The apartment was super clean and comfortable with a wood fire to keep us warm at night and the kitchen was well stocked with any utensils we might need even though we didn't spend much time cooking! It was lovely to be greeted with home made scones after our journey and have croissants and condiments supplied to devour at our leisure. We weren't brave enough to use the pool in winter but had it been hot weather we would definitely have been in there! Thank you Jason for being such a gracious host and to both you and Lawrence for sharing your beautiful space. We highly recommend Tunnel Ridge Outlook for a peaceful getaway. Lisa and Keith. Can't say we had any negative experiences.
• Graeme (9/5): Superb - Warm and respectful hosts. Great deck with BBQ and dining area looking out over the bushland. It was too cold to use the pool, but it looked like it would be good in the warmer months. Fire heater was lovely and the scones on arrival were a nice touch. The apartment was clean and well presented and location was good for access to Australia Zoo.

• Robert (9/5): Fantastic, would stay again in a heartbeat - Such a clean and tidy apartment, very well set out and has everything you could possibly need for either an overnight stay or even a week away. Jason was super welcoming and accommodating, you can tell he is very passionate about making sure your stay is as good as it can possibly be, including some lovely home-made scones with jam and cream upon arrival and some complimentary croissants for breakfast! Overall, it was a very lovely experience, especially when you compare the price to virtually any affordabme motel along the east coast, you get so, so much more value for your money than any of those $150 rooms at other places. If we ever make the trip back to the area we will be planning on booking this apartment again. Thanks Jason! There was not really anything that we didn't like during our stay, perhaps one consideration for some older guests or ones with certain health conditions could be the steps up and down to the room from the parking area, but this was not an issue for us.

Whether you wish to be active and take in all the local sights, sounds and food options or spend quiet time to enjoy the view, the pool and gardens, Tunnel Ridge Outlook is a great place for all activities. The home baked scones with jam and cream on arrival set the scene for an enjoyable stay. Jason is a great host, full of local knowledge about events, locations, and local eateries. We were lucky enough to enjoy a free local choral musical event at Mooloolah Public Hall. Looking forward to our next visit as it would be a great location to experience in all seasons.
