Helmut (5/5): Mehr schein als sein. - Leider der falsche Wohnungsschlüssel im Schlüsselsafe. Vermieter telefonisch nicht erreichbar (nur Ansage am AB). Vermietservice vor Ort löst das Problem - widerwillig - nach ca. 90 Minuten. Ausgenommen der relativ neuen Küchenzeile und des (Doppel-)Bettes in dem Eckzimmer Wilhelmstr./Luisenstr. ist das Mobilar eher reif für den Sperrmüll! Die Eckgarnitur in der Küche ist eine Zumutung. Die "Couch" ist schlicht durch. Das Bett im Raum zur Luisenstr. knarrt bei jeder Bewegung, die Matratzen sind durch. Die "Sessel" in dem Raum sind alte Gartenmöbel. Das Duschbad ist sehr klein, WC hängt zu tief in einer sehr schmalen Nische. Das beste an der Wohnung ist die Lage!
Andrea Kärgel (9/5): - Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Lage der schönen Wohnung ist fabelhaft. 3 min zum Strand und in die Innenstadt. Wir haben die Zeit genossen.
