• Sabine (7/5): - Renoviert und modern,ist der Slogan der Unterkunft. Es ist Renovierungsbedürftig ,modern ja durch die Schliessanlage. Eine neue Duschamatur,wäre von Nöten, denn der Schlauch springt vom Duschkopf ab,und das ist schon länger.

• Konstantin (6/5): Для короткого пребывания. - Не ожидайте многого от этих апартаментов. Переночевать пару ночей можно, необходимое есть, но на минимальном уровне. Название апартаментов не очень соответствует действительности. Большинство парковок вокруг предназначены для жильцов, с ограничениями по времени для приезжих. Есть обычная парковка неподалёку, но там почти не было мест. Над раковиной и варочной плитой нет освещения, это неудобно. При заезде напольный коврик для ванной сушился на вешалке для полотенца. Пришлось хорошенько помыть вешалку самому, прежде чем использовать её.

• Alexandra Schönstädt (8/5): - Die Lage war optimal für uns als Ausgangspunkt. Gut gelegen für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in die Nürnberger Altstadt sowie für einen entspannten Spaziergang in die Stadt. Es gibt um die Unterkunft herum zwar Parkplätze aber viele sind ausschließlich für Anwohner und man muss sehr auf die Beschilderung achten um nicht irrtümlich im Parkverbot zu stehen. Vor allem wenn man später Abends ankommt an der Unterkunft gestaltet sich die Parkplatzsuche schwierig.

• Zero (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay was excelent, the apartment was excelent, the room was clean, warm, the internet worked perfectly, close to supermarkets and public transport. The zone and people in the neighborhood are friendly and quiet. We would return for sure.

We originally were told to send an sms to access, but we didn't have SMS service, turned out it was not necessary so we were able to enter with the other instructions The sheets require change, they didn't smell clean, the place needs vacuuming but the it was not unbearable.

• Floarea (9/5): stay in January 2023 - The location is in a quiet neighborhood near the U3 subway (last Northwestern station) and the klinikum north hospital It is difficult to enter the building, because access is done by SMS, and roaming is expensive, the site specifies access to the location with a key, which should be changed.
• Laura (6/5): The appartment is perfect for a short term stay, but it lacks some basic utensils. - The location is great, just a five minute walk to a metro station. From there U3 line takes you straight to the central station which is in the city center. Another option is the tram which is also close by. Although it's quite small, the apartment is surprisingly comfortable and well equipped. It also has a pretty big balcony which is great for summer vacationing. The kitchen has a fridge with a freezer. We stayed over in December when the temperatures dropped below zero so staying warm was important. The apartment heats up very easily and very quickly and there are plenty of blankets to use overnight. Checking in and out was painless because the apartment is locked by a padlock, no keys are needed. This means we could check in at any time without having to set up a meeting with the owner. The apartment is short of some basic utensils (hair dryer, toaster, microwave). We expected to have these available so this was a bit of a let down. Kitchen is functional at best. The stove is electric so its hard to regulate the heat. There is only one pot and one pan provided and no spatula to cook with. Upon arrival the apartment wasn't completely clean, there was still some dirt on the floor. Another drawback are the two single beds. They have a wooden frame on both sides and cannot be converted into one king sized bed.
