The room size and equipment was just enough for our needs and 4 days stay. Contactless check-in and key exchange processes were great since it didn't limit us on arrival time.

- Bulakh (8/5): Good place, very close to nature and famous tourist attractions of five fingers and mammoth cave. - Location very scenic, good facility for short stay of a family of 4. Facility was clean and well maintained. However, when we checked in, we found toilet dirty. Service department should ensure hygiene and cleanliness before next guest comes. Kitchen is well maintained and with all necessary utensils and appliances except microwave. Microwave should be helpful for guests. One more thing. There were few food items in kitchen cabinet and refrigerator. Packed items are ok. However even opened and partially consumed bread packs and chocolates were in kitchen cabinet. For safety and health of the guests, it is better to discard all such leftovers food items.
- Viktor (8/5): Good - Amazing location, amazing view from the balcony. I would like to say that - flawless. But I can not. On arrival was heavily to feel the stink of disinfectant cleaner. There is no air flow in the area with the beds. The hot water in the bathroom has very weak pressure. But most of all... The disgusting, old, dirty couch, stinking of cigarette smoke, on which one of the three had to sleep. Ugh, disgusting. (One more detail ... in the kitchen mini-spot is not a microwave)
