  This beautifully appointed apartment features 2 bedrooms each with Queen size beds. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen and a 4 seat dinning table with an outlook over the large swimming pool. The apartment offers 2 bathrooms including a bath tub. There are 2 smart TVs with DVD, movies and free Netflix. Air conditioning throughout. Guests can also enjoy excellent views from the balcony. Please note that the 2nd bedroom is smaller in size and has sliding doors to make it fully private.

• Anisa (10/5): Comfy stay at Palm cove - Fully equipped apartment (kitchen, laundry). Cleaned and comfy bed, guaranteed assigned parking lot. Perfect location to Palm cove beach. Responsive host. The one I like the most is: free YouTube premium and Netflix The remote control for 2 tvs in the room was really slow, unsure if the remote needs battery change. The main entrance door needs to be fixed (Making loud noise on opening while keep scratching on the floor). The instruction to get the keys from the lock box is abit confusing. Otherwise, very happy with my stay

Plenty of towels. Beds super comfy. required assistance, unable to find key box. Only one lift pass making getting in and out of the apartment problematic.

This holiday let is done privately with separate lockbox to get key, which was difficult to find. cannot get help from reception & only one access card which is difficult when travelling with a group. no response to emails. although they did provide a mobile number, I probably should have rung that. No oven, only a microwave.

• Mark (9/5): Great apartment 👍 - Comfortable well equipped apartment with all the facilities and extra touch’s you appreciate for a great holiday. Being a private rental in a resort was totally seamless and what you’d expect. Loved the pool area and a couple of good restaurants and a pub are close by. The instructions for locating the access card and lock box were confusing. The info in the apartment app, email and text message was not consistent and needs to be sorted out. One remote (that doesn’t work properly) for 2 tvs wasn’t good but I managed to use my phone app in the end.

The extras were much appreciated, washing powder, Tim Tam's and very much loved the cold water bottles supplied on a hot humid day when we arrived. A few businesses along the street shut down or closed.

The apartment had everything we needed and very comfortable There is a musty smell in the apartment which was okay when you opened all the doors but was strong when the room was closed up.

Great balcony with view of enormous pool surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and melaleucas - spectacular! Palm Cove is great for families. Really nice hosts too. The small details such as milk and biscuits in fridge, coffee machine and good quality toiletries was the cherry on top of a great stay. One of the rooms was small with no air conditioning.

The apartment is well located and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Appreciated the little details such as good coffee, milk, pack of timtams, umbrellas and washing powder. Also very nice toiletries. Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

• Andrea (10/5): Great location, amazing pool and modern facilities. - Location was great, right off the beach. The pool was fantastic, it felt like you were in the middle of a rain forest. The apartment itself was lovely. Laundry is available, kitchenette and a wonderful balcony. The separation between the two bedrooms is just folding fogged windows so it isn’t a perfect privacy barrier. Didn’t matter for us but may to other couples.

• Ieva (9/5): A cozy, comfortable and clean apartment and we would love to come back - Exceptional apartment in superb location. My partner and two friends traveled to Palm Cove to attend the wedding of our friends at a nearby location. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything you need for your stay. The kitchen was very well-equipped and excellent for preparing meals. We particularly enjoyed staying in the balcony overlooking the inner part of the building and the pool. We are also very grateful to the host Chris who was very friendly and let us check-in earlier (very helpful when you have a bag of groceries in this warm and humid climate!) and check-out at midday as our flight was delayed. Next time, when we visit Palm Cove (with friends or just as a couple, my partner and I, we will be coming back to Palm Cove Beach Apartment. We liked everything! The only minor comment is that one burner of the cook stove did not work. We found a large electric frying pan, which was very helpful.

• Julian (10/5): Exceptional - To start with Palm cove is a beautiful location, the walk along the palm treed esplanade is so relaxing. It has all the facilities for eating out or alternatively buying some snacks and eating in. As for the apartment, it's very clean with absolutely everything you need, towels cleaning products, toiletries, tea, coffee, there was even milk in the fridge. As soon as you enter the apartment you can see it's well looked after and well maintained, a credit to the owners. Looking at other properties in the area it provides excellent value for money.

Front induction element didn't work. Shampoo etc all made in China. Locally made natural products would be a asset. It is necessary to park in correct parking space even though we were told we could park anywhere!

I would stay here again and specifically at this property - the property was perfect and exactly what we wanted. the location of the apartment had the best pool view and the best balcony to relax in. we initially were concerned that the Kitchen was only a kitchenette for a 10day stay BUT the owners had thought of everything and had everything we needed and more. really impressed and absolutely loved our stay! loved everything. if I was to say something it would be that the amazing large resort like pool wasn’t a heated.

The apartment was clean and there was access to a great pool. The hosts were very responsive. There is a fundamental flaw in the design of the apartment which I think is common across many of the apartments in this establishment. the 2nd bedroom is weirdly within the 1st bedroom and is encased by frosted glass. That means there is no sound proofing and a light in any bedroom or the kitchen or lounge will be visible in all other spaces. I also didn’t like that there was no servicing of the apartment for a relatively long stay.

Not a good layout as the 2nd bedroom is tiny with no airconditioning and a glass partition separating it from the main bedroom . Main was great. Very loud Aircon intake - rattling all night. other than that room was extremely well appointed. Building a bit old and tired.
