• Leanne (10/5): A very relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable stay. - Great location so easy waking all around Palm Cove. The extra facilities of the pool and the gym were fantastic. Having towels for the pool was a definite positive. It was a bonus having laundry facilities within the room to do some washing as we were there for 4 nights. Great coffee shop right out the front. The kitchen facilities and the things in the cupboard were all very useful. There really wasn’t anything to not like.

• Judith (9/5): A great place to stay if you want a beach holiday. Easy drive to Cairns and for exploring the area. - The location is great. A beautifully appointed unit. Hostess was very helpful. The complex is opposite a great restaurant. Easy walk to beach and there is a large lagoon style pool on site. there was nothing we did not like.

• Clare (9/5): Wonderful, relaxing time in Palm Cove - Have stayed in multiple privately owned apartments within the complex, and this one was great. Rachel very kindly met us to give us the key and show us the facilities. Apartment was comfortable and very clean. Fabulous location in Palm Cove. Top floor meant great view over the pool and no footsteps heard from apartments above. Overlooking the spa and BBQ, other guests very noisy into the night. Travelling over a long weekend this is to be expected though. Other apartments we have stayed in had more kitchen staples, allowing you to maximise the facilities more (eg oil) but they did have tea, coffee and a small milk to get you started. New mini-market across the road makes grocery shopping easier except prices are $$.
• Emma (8/5): We had a great time - We had a wonderful stay. So clean, added extras of toilet paper, extra towels, pool towels, salt pepper, oil, gladwrap. The kitchen was well equipped. We found the main bed to be very soft and small, increasing to a queen or king would be better and provide a comfortable sleep. The second room needs a fan, and some blackout blind for the connecting window as we had to sit in darkness for our son to sleep as all lights shine in the room.

The second bedroom would not suit if it was 2 couples booking due to having windows dividing the 2 rooms, therefore not much privacy....

• Alexandria (10/5): As Lovely As It Appears - Beautiful, easy to access property, with dedicated parking spot right in the heart of Palm Cove. The pool and gardens are as stunning as they look and the balcony view was wonderful. Very comfortable and would stay again. They also provided a high chair for us with our baby, which was wonderful (no cot though, so be sure to bring or rent if you need one) Took a decent effort to keep the place cool. We had to leave all shades drawn and fans on to keep it at 21 degrees for baby.

• Sanja (8/5): Ok - Location, location, location! Nice and large complex with gym, pool, spa, BBQ facilities. The pool was slightly on the colder side so we spent most of the time in the spa. The accommodation was good, relatively comfortable On the naked eye the unit looks great, however it’s pretty run down and it has bare essentials for use especially in the kitchen and no tea towels provided . There were plenty of towels which was handy. Also the fridge is super awkward to open, all that it needs is for the door opening to be adjusted to open the same side as the cupboard it’s in. The couch is a two seater recliner that doesn’t recline n one of the arms ripped, the main bed is propped up on a pile of books n it’s pretty uncomfortable, the fan doesn’t work well in the main area. There was some plumbing issues on our arrival which was rectified within 24hrs however we weren’t able to use the bathtub which was inconvenient with two little kids.

Probably better for someone with small child. We had step mum with us. Better explanation of bedroom situation. Kitchen cooktop very tiny too.

Location is perfect and close to everything. Pool is large and a always busy spa and small gym available. Perfect for a small family. Apartment was on the 4th floor and you felt like you were in the tree tops. Very happy with our decision to stay here. Only thing missing was a face washer and tissues. Otherwise absolutelty perfect.

The bed was also the most comfortable one we’ve had on our trip!! Not much although there was some carpet stains in the corridors and the discarded restaurant under the complex is not a great look ….. but that’s if I’m being really picky

One of the more comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The pool was a bit cold but given it was hot we swam anyway! Great in august might have been a bit cold in cooler weather
