• Vladimir (5/5): Не бих повторил да спя на счупени дъски. - Беше близо до Студенец и имаше собствен паркинг без допълнително заплащане. Беше топло и сравнително чисто. Леглата бяха изключително неудобни реално бяха без матраци едното легло беше счупено и неставаше за спане. Сифона в банята беше запушен. Аспиратора не беше включен в комин и реално няма смисъл от него.

• Vasilii (10/5): Большой, теплый апартамент недалеко от подъемника - Апартамент очень большой, кухня хорошо оборудована. До подъемника ски центра Студенец 2 (основная зона катания) 8-10 минут пешком неспешным шагом (по карте отображает больше, реально там метров 300-400). В принципе к апартаменту можно подъезжать на лыжах.
• Andreea (10/5): AMAZING LOCATION, SPACIOUS, WARM ROOM!! - The location was excellent, we could go directly on the slopes from the hotel, on our skis!!! It is also close to two supermarkets on the street and there are a lot of restaurants. Amazing!! The room is extremely spacious and warm, everything was just perfect!!
• Благовест (7/5): Great price for location very warm studio. - The location for the price is very good, the studio is very warm and cozy the bathroom has a strong heater too, you have everything needed for a short stay, the internet is fast. The host is very responsive. The curtains are very thin and the light from the parking outside is very disturbing, probably they can see everything inside too, the underground parking is too small for a full size SUV so I had to park on the street.

• Hristov (9/5): - Хареса ни старинният стил на комплекса, който бе обграден от ресторанти на високо ниво. Като добавим близостта до ски писта и лифтове го прави много добра опция за престой, според мен.
• Natasha (7/5): - Great communication from the host, any concerns we had were delt with immediately. Decent sized apartment, a range of cooking utensils. Very clean. Warm apartment. Sofa bed mattress was thin and uncomfortable. Shower head was broken but still worked so we made do.

• Preslava (1/5): Не препопъчвам престой на това място. Има много потенциал, но не се поддържа и има редица проблеми. - Локацията е супер. Като за начало не знаеха, че имаме направена резервация и в деня на настаняването (30.12.2025) трябваше да изчакаме да ни оправят стаята. Влязохме в стая с разлепени лайсни, нямаше и отопление в нито климатикът работеше, нито парното. На рецепция казаха, че трябва да се свържем с частното лице, чийто е апартаментът. Свързахме се с въпросното лице, което каза, че на следващия ще оправят проблема с отоплението и да се оправим за вечерта. На следващия ден (31.12.2025) излязохме от стаята и като се прибрахме късния следобяд все още беше студено в стаята. Свързахме се отново с лицето и ни бе казано да излезем навън и, че там ще оставят конвекторна печка и да си я вземем. По-късно, в същия ден ни спря тока, нямахме ток в продължение на близо 3 часа, навръх нова година, от рецепцията също се държаха изключително грубо и непрофесионално. В крайна сметка, ни включиха тока, но беше за сметка на топлата вода, която беше на бойлер, който заради консумацията на ток бе изключен. В допълнение нищо не беше ясно откъм ситуацията с паркинга и от рецепцията също не ни изясниха нищо. Единственото, което накрая ни се направи като компенсация (след като ние го изискахме) е да ни се върнат парите за престоя и лицето, с което разговарях се опитваше до някаква степен да реши проблемите ни, но беше много несполучливо.
• Kostadin (4/5): Основното е да се наспиш на удобен матрак, но тук липсваше такъв . "Castle Romans" 202А - Местоположението , близо до пътя но все пак тихо и спокойно чисто и подредено . Матраците представляваха 10 см. износен дунапрен , все едно спите на дъска . Хладилника шумеше доста и се наложи да го изключвам вечер .

The lift is truly just a few steps away, which is incredibly convenient for a ski resort stay. What pleasantly surprised me was that the apartment had absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was amazing to find that we didn’t need to look for or buy anything extra — every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of. We felt completely at home, and our stay was truly relaxing and enjoyable. The apartment was very warm, even a bit too hot at times. It would be great if there was an option to adjust the heating level.

• Marija (8/5): Great location, big apartment - Size of the apartment It doesn’t have a ski locker, so you have to bring the skies and other equipment to the terrace of the apartment every day.

My only problems was that the walls were thin and we could hear the neighbours clearly.

• Nikita (7/5): The host is very kind and she solved all problems! - The location is fantastic and the Castle complex is cute. If you plan to cook inside the room, well we didn't had the chance because some of the kitchen stuff was missing from the previous guests.
• Samuil (7/5): Good value for the price - Location, quite, amenities, view from the bedroom. Small rooms with way too many furniture. Lots of stairs from the gate to the flat.
• Bogdanova (7/5): Good - The location. No free parking (the paid one is 15 BGN/day). The drain on the floor in the bathroom was blocked and water slowly was going down.
• Steven (9/5): Pamporovo accommodation, The Castle - The location is good and wakes the legs up in the morning with a short walk up a steep hill to the ski centres to get kit and the lift to the peak. Can also be ski in/ski out if required. The hotel has a decent restaurant, with good reasonably priced food. Haven't got round to using the spa facilities, but maybe next time. Will be coming again!! There wasn't anything about the hotel we didn't like, although some maintenance of surrounding footpaths and steep steps wouldn't go amiss, especially in icy conditions.
