• Bethany (10/5): Sunshine 3 Wedding Trip - The unit was very clean and welcoming. Stocked with goodies and very family friendly. Sunshine Stayz thought of everything down to what type of milk we like to use. We were very comfortable here and communication with the hosts was impeccable. Unfortunately there was some kind of car club that seemed to keep meeting in the carpark of the hotel across the road and while this is completely outside of the hosts control, the sound of dangerous driving including doughnuts and burnouts at all hours of the day and night was quite off putting.

• Messias Moretto (10/5): Spectacular and clean/tidied place - Probably one of the best Airbnbs we stayed ever. Place is amazing, all appliances work perfectly, super organized. The owner is clearly a very organized and meticulous person. We absolutely loved the care in everything, with the coffee, the check in, the clear messages, the clean towels, very good AC, spacious parking, etc. Perfectly cleaned and tidied up. Loved it. Not much, we liked everything. I would only suggest to sharpen the knives once possible (but that's because I'm very picky with cooking knives)

• Belinda (8/5): A little haven tucked away - Carolyn had thought of everything with lots of extra little things around the house. It was decorated in a way which matched its sunshine name, bright, bubbly and fun. As a host I felt she went above and beyond. She was available at any time to contact. The bed was pretty comfy too and a lovely hot shower! The bathroom ceiling was peeling and the Holland blind in the main bedroom has worn through over time.

• Lilibeth (10/5): One of the best, or possibly the best, among the others. - This place is exceptional, from its location to its facilities. The host thoughtfully provides everything from basic essentials to luxurious touches. We are thrilled to have discovered this little gem and will return if availability allows. The unit is conveniently located near the main north road, making it easy to access appointments and other destinations. We particularly loved the comfortable beds, pillows, towels, and even the host’s attention to detail, like the anti-slip shower mat. • Swift (7/5): Good for a short stay. - Very well appointed. Lots of things to entertain. Easy to access. A queen bed would have been nice. Shower in bath was a little tricky for my mobility.

The amazing amount of utensils and condiments made us feel right at home. Parking great. Only thing missing for us was a coffee plunger, but machine there was great substitute.

Secure off street parking. Ideally located in northern suburbs with quick access to main north road. Didn't really find anything we disliked during short stay.

• Wei (9/5): Overall it is a stay like home. It has more than you can think. - Welcome card, snacks, and drinks are so warm. Cooking equipment has more than you need! Cereals and jams are also provided. A washing machine is provided. The bed is comfortable. There is no AC in the bedroom, but they do provide a fan in the room. There is only a half-transparent curtain in the living room. The roomer next door was noisy at midnight.

We were made to feel very welcome and the house was clean and tidy with lovely clean linen and soft towels. Would definitely stay again. Lock up yard was great and whilst we didn't use it had a lovely courtyard out the back. Hotel across the road had beautiful meals.
• Wendy (9/5): A lovely unit in a great spot, filled with love and happiness that makes you smile when you walk in. - Loved all the facilities and the extra touches like breakfast and snacks. Carolyn has taken a lot of care to ensure comfort with lots of throw rugs and cushions. The unit is also located close to a local Pub that offered great meals too. We had difficulty with the heating and the batteries for the tv remote were flat.

Carolyn has supplied lots of extras including milk, juice and some snacks. The bed was very comfortable. The unit was very quiet considering it is not far from the main road. I am very happy that I chose this place for my 3 night stay. I would definitely consider staying here again. I couldn't find anything negative about this unit.

The place is so bright and inviting, most comfortable bed I’ve slept in for a long time. Highly recommend cannot fault. There were noisy road works out the front both nights not the hosts fault just bad timing

• Tamara (8/5): we felt so welcomed could not fault anything with the property. - the property felt so warm and welcoming. we really appreciated the welcoming snacks and personal note. it was immaculate and nicely decorated. nothing my only small comment was it was very hot in Adelaide and with no aircon in the bedrooms was difficult to sleep. however there were fans provided. perhaps a little portable air con for the bedroom. but overall I would not let that deter me from staying there in the future.

• Toni (10/5): Comfortable and close to where we needed to be. - The apartment looks pretty standard from the outside however, when you walk in it has the best vibe decorated in a Bohemian style which made us feel really welcome and comfortable. It was like stepping into somewhere else. We would definitely stay again. For me it came down to the little things like bath salts to have a bath, some well read books to read and the basic cooking necessities. It also had a great carport outside and was fully fenced. The only challenge was the stove however, that could have well been me! 🤣 The stove top 😌
