Jaime (10/5): Un agradable y cómo lugar para trabajar y descansar - Lo acogedor de este apartamento. Ideal para descansar y trabajar. La limpieza de las áreas internas y el olor al llegar a la habitación hicieron que me sintiera como en casa.

Fanny (9/5): Lo recomiendo … - El apartamento limpio, con todo lo necesario. Bien ubicado, las sala de gym muy buena, la piscina algo pequeña. La Decoración muy original sobretodo el piso 31…espacios con diferentes ambientes. El personal muy gentil. La vista con el apartamento vecino y a veces hubo locatarios ruidosos a cierta hora de la noche pero eso no es la culpa del propietario, es la falta de educación del cliente que no respeta las reglas de convivencia. No fueron todas las noches felizmente.

Lukas (10/5): Sehr cooles Gebäude mit schöner Wohnung. Gerne wieder. - Das Gebäude, außen wie innen, ist ein Kunstwerk. Viele interessante Räume, ein cooles Publikum und vor allem die Dachterrasse mit VW-Bus und überragendem Ausblick war top. Apartment war sauber, gepflegt und hatte alles, was man brauchte. Jorge als Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend. Eher neutrale Info: Der Check-In und die Hausregeln erfordern etwas Vorbereitung, aber alles verständlich bei so einem museumsartigen Gebäude. In der Wohnung ist man nicht so ganz vor den Blicken der Nachbarn geschützt.

Paweł (9/5): Great apartment in a great building - The host was helpful. The apartment is well-equipped, comfortable and clean. The building is elegant and entertaining. It's close to the city park. There's a supermarket close to the building. There's a safe parking lot and we were given a spot in it. You can see that the apartment has already been running for some time.
Jessica (8/5): Very good - It was cozy, clean and comfy. We enjoyed the swimming pool a couple of days and loved the rooftop. The kitchen was well equipped and the owner was very nice. There was no aircon. Apartment is tiny, with few places to hang up wet towels.
Pablo (10/5): Exceptional - The building itself is an experience, so many cool stuff The staff were a bit rude and had some rules I’ve never seen before in a place like this such as not allowing guests to stay after check out during the day or not being able to keep their luggage even for a few minutes

Also msg from the host with location and room number was received a little late (though still before check in time), and we didn't know whether we arrived at the right address or not.

I would recomend to spend a night there even for my friends from San Jose ;) The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Only payment might be a little problemarit (cash/pay pal) but John is able to assist. 10/10
