- Jorge (4/5): La ley del minimo esfuerzo - La casa en si misma estaba bien en cuanto a tamaños se refiere y la cocina con inducción que funciona bien y la ducha con caldera a gas esta genial y va a poder ducharse todo el grupo. Eramos un grupo de 6 personas, llegas a la casa y solo ves las camas sin hacer con las sabanas justas para cada uno del grupo y una toalla de ducha para cada uno. Mantas no habia para todos y las que habia te hacen guardarlas al final de la estancia ya que seguramente no las limpian. Después te dejan un "kit de limpieza" que es una mini caja que contiene un unico royo de papel higienico, dos mini sobres de fairy y 1 bolsita de basura, se escudan en que son un apartamento turistico y no estan obligados a dejarte nada, pero es que ni papel, ni una toalla para salirbde la ducha ni para lavarte las manos, te piden limpieza pero tampoco te dejan absolutamente nada para que puedas limpiar.. Los colchones eran todos muy malos y seguramente tengan acaros ya que tratando de hacer una mejor disposición de mi grupo de 6 quisimos mover un poco las camas y nos picaba todo el cuerpo. La calefaccion no te dejan modificarla, te la ponen a 21⁰C y la apagan cuando les da la gana aunque tampoco hemos pasado frio. Pero vamos por redumir, quieren ahorrar gastos y se esfuerzan muy poco por que la gente esté a gusto

La rapidité des réponses apportés par l'organisme gérant le logement. Le bruit fait par les voisins du dessus.

- Sheila (7/5): - Apartamento reformado, en buen estado cerca de las pistas a 4 min Lo primero si vienes con un coche grande es imposible meterlo al parking y que no te avisan ( nosotros llevamos dos coches y ninguno se pudo guardar en el parking) las camas estaban sin almohadas solo teníamos unos cojines como de sofá, en el apartamento entran mascotas así que si eres alérgico tendréis que poner sábanas en el sofá para no sufrir percances como mi hijo y la calefacción no la controlas desde casa la controlan desde una centralita fuera así que si tienes frío por la noche te tapas y si tienes calor te destapas no hay manera de regularla manualmente

- Joan Antoni (8/5): Apto con excelentes vistas pero con una fianza de 500€ - El apartamento es amplio, confortable en invierno (calefacción perfecta), las 2 camas de matrimonio son cómodas, el wifi es rápido y funciona correctamente, el sofá es cómodo, el cuarto de baño está bien. El área de la cocina es correcta y hay todo lo necesario para cocinar (el extractor funciona muy bien). Hay hasta lavadora (no está informado como equipamiento). Cocina: los dos fogones de vitrocerámica no funcionan muy bien, ya que no se pueden regular en intensidad. No entiendo por qué en una cocina tan bien equipada no han instalado dos placas de inducción (más eficientes i seguras).
Los remontadores del Tarter están demasiado alejados (1 km alejado), y no permiten salir y entrar con las botas de esquí desde los aptos, por lo que obligatoriamente hay que ir en coche. Visualmente están cerca, pero hay que hacer un rodeo muy grande.
Cuando reservé no fui advertido de que se exigían 500€ de fianza, y eso debería mostrarse en la primera página informativa del apto, no escondido dentro de las condiciones del apto.
También, me hostigaron demasiado con el tema de la limpieza por correo electrónico: que debía dejar el apto tal y como lo había recibido. ESO LO VEO MUY FEO, YA QUE CONTRATO UN APTO QUE INCLUYE LA LIMPIEZA.
Con el tema de la fianza me sentí atemorizado: yo nunca he tenido un problema en booking por toda Europa, no me han exigido nunca fianza, y nunca he tenido problema alguno (y soy nivel 3). Si hubiese sido conocedor de esta fianza antes, no hubiese contratado. Y no me vale eso que el apto tiene equipamiento que vale por encima de esa cantidad, ya que a todos los aptos que voy tienen igual o superior, y nunca me han pedido fianza. También existen los seguros de propietarios y las garantías de booking.

Es grande y bastante cómodo, a excepción del sofá.
Hemos estado muy a gusto en el alojamiento, con nuestro perrito. Está un poco lejos de las posibles zonas de senderismo cómo Pal-Arinsal y Naturland. Así cómo también de la zona de ocio (Andorra la vella).

We couldn’t sleep the first night as we were disgusted by this

Communication with Altissim Tarter - Inclès - Ransol was very easy and stratightforward. Apartment just right for a family of 5. It might be crowded for 6 adults though because there's only one bathroom. The apartment was poorly cleaned. We arrived late at night with children and the beds weren't made. The dishes and cutlery inside the cupboards were not cleaned. The duvets were filthy and filled with stains, and the covers, which we had to put on, were too big. Some of the mugs were broken. There was no sheet for the sofa bed but the host deliverd one the following day after we complained
The absolute worst was really the mattresses. They are just awful and so uncomfortable. We were literally sitting through our sleep, instead of laying down.

- James (8/5): We had a great stay here. Large and comfortable apartment, close to the gondola and the Supermercat! - The apartment was generously proportioned. A good size. Close to the ski lifts and the fantastic Supermercat. No toilet paper on arrival. No duvet cover. And not enough towels.

- Sevil (8/5): Very good - The location is just perfect. Very close to lifts. We have rent a car, but actually it is not really needed unless you have other plans during your trip.
The apartment is comfortable enough although it requires some repair.
You can find all necessary staff for cooking, but the only unpleasant thing - there wasn't such simple and not expensive things like salt, sugar, toilet paper. Things we don't usually take on vacation and forget to buy in the store (we forgot😃 ). Still we had great holidays, so thank you!
