Lunch and Breakfast options were available at a great value. The room and bathroom cleanness was not as good as the rest of the place.
- Andrea (7/5): - Localização muito boa , chuveiro ótimo e cama confortável. Não trocam toalhas, nem a pedido, e detalhe que ficamos 3 noites!!!!
Pia do banheiro entupida. Não tem micro-ondas e nem pequena cozinha

- Aloísio (1/5): Hospedagem péssima. - Recepcionistas super atenciosos e gentis.

- Alessandro (8/5): Very good -
- Guilherme (5/5): Just an average overpriced accommodation - Avarage for the price Arrived there, the bed was broken and was not replaced, had to sleep with the mattress on the floor. The space is nothing special for the price paid. Good thing is that has a gym and a tiny swimming pool.
- Vivyane (8/5): Boa estada - Excelente a comunicação com a anfitriã, respondendo e resolvendo tudo rapidamente.
Em relação a acomodação, pode melhorar na questão da limpeza e jogos de cama.
- Augusto (7/5): Good -
- Alessandro (8/5): For me was really good, economic and fair - Easy come and go… free parking and fair fee for breakfast timing for breakfast starts only 7:00am
- John (1/5): Infested with cockroaches and the hotel refused any refund or discount after weeks of me trying. - Great location in a safe neighbourhood, near a large mall and supermarket.
I ran out of space in the "what didn’t you like?” section, so this is a PS about why I didn’t complain: (Read the rest of the section and then come back to this bit.
I’m from the UK. I haven’t travelled a lot, and this is my first time in the Southern Hemisphere. I knew Brazil would throw all kinds of little nasties at me (snakes, scorpions, huge spiders etc) that I simply don’t see at home. So I didn’t complain because I wondered if this was normal for Brazil (it was the first hotel on my trip) and worried about being laughed at if I went to complain. Being a stereotypical don’t-make-a-fuss Brit didn’t help. But after I checked out I had a chance to ask dozens of real Brazilians online if this was normal and they all said no, it was disgusting. That’s when I complained. But no apology, no discount, no refund, no effort at all to engage with me. But now I’ve written this out it’s a simple matter to copy and paste it onto every hotel booking site I can think of in an effort to spread the word about this absolute hole, where the place is as bad as the people working there and running it. This doesn’t apply to housekeepers. Everything in my room was clean in the sense that it was clean when they left it. Obviously not clean once the cockroaches had been running all over it, but it’s not the housekeeper’s fault.
PPS: Forgot to mention the safe in my room was missing a battery. This I did mention but nothing was done about it for the 5 nights I was there. A battery that ran out is understandable. But a completely missing battery? Unless the people in the room before me stole it, but having worked in hotels for 20 years I have a feeling they’ve been fobbing off guests with the same excuse for a long time.
Yeah. Just don’t stay here. It isn’t the only hotel in this price range in this neighbourhood, and I’m guessing most of them haven’t been taken over by cockroaches. I could mention the unfriendly and unhelpful reception staff but I’ll skip straight to the cockroaches. Over my 5 night stay I saw and/or killed maybe 20+ in my room. They were in the bathroom, on the desk, around the door seal to the fridge and microwave, and worst of all in my bed. I’d seen them scuttling around on my bed a couple of times but it was when one crawled up my leg that I got the full treatment.
My room was on the 10th floor. These aren’t a couple of big American cockroaches that could wander in off the street before being killed. These are the smaller German cockroaches, and if they’re on the 10th floor they’ll be everywhere, breeding. An infestation. You don’t need me to tell you that cockroaches are an extremely serious risk to public health, and I wonder why this website would continue to send guests here. Booking.com spent weeks literally ignoring my messages until I had to beg them to at least reply. They did, but the communication disappeared after they told me the hotel would not be refunding me. I’d like to take it further but they won’t answer my questions about how to do that. As I type this there are 3-4 messages of me asking the same questions that they’ve ignored.
Now, if the hotel replies to this they’ll probably go down a couple of routes. 1 will be to deny the cockroach problem and I want you to consider this: It’s not a problem they can be unaware of. Other guests will have complained, housekeepers will have seen them on a daily, room-by-room basis and reported this to management. So they know there are cockroaches! Whether it’s “We didn’t know” or “There are no cockroaches” they are lying.
Another possibility is that they’ll say they refused to refund me or discount my stay because I didn’t complain at the time. That’s true. I’ll explain why I didn’t and you can decide whether my reasons for not complaining impact your decision whether or not to book your holiday in a cockroach-infested hotel.
- Rhonda (5/5): Will NOT stay here again. NOT able to get enough towels for two people or fresh towels despite asking multiple times. R - location to event. restaurant gentleman was wonderful! restaurant food was wonderful. For a two person stay was only given one face towel, one hand towel and two bath towels TOTAL not each for a 6 day stay staff wouldn’t give us ANY fresh towels during the stay. had to check out early and go to another hotel to get fresh towels. ridiculous! toilet broken when arrived. balcony door wouldn’t close or lock. desk chair old and pleather flaking off all over room. bathroom not clean.
