• Bryan Erley (9/5): Mi estancia - El lugar está perfecto, la ubicación es buena buen comercio y se siente seguro. Se filtra mucho el sonido de los demás apartamentos. Demasiado ruido exterior, pero aparte de eso todo 10 de 10

No hay lavadora El secador de cabello ya está de cambio En general se sugiere recambio por uso y mejorar calidad en lencería Toallas desgastadas Cubrelechos deteriorados y manchados Sabanas arrugadas y pelos en la cama. Cómo si no las hubieran cambiado a nuestra llegada. En su parte física hay humedades y deben mejorar mantenimiento periódico y en general. No tuvimos acercamiento con la administradora y el personal de aseo solo apareció cuando se hizo check-on Por más que fuera edificio inteligente se considera que la atención personalizada es importante. Para estar en una zona turísticos deben mejorar atención y calidad en sus instalaciones.
• Laura (8/5): - La facilidad para el ingreso, gracias a la tarjeta, cerradura electrónica y control del parqueadero. El parqueadero muy amplio y cómodo. El apartamento en general está bien, destacamos bastante la comodidad de las camas, lo que permite un muy buen descanso. La ubicación del inmueble es muy segura, tranquila, cerca a restaurantes y transporte público. Ideal para estancias cortas por trabajo. Pequeñas humedades. Pero nada que impida el alojarse allí.

Queda uno muy encerrado No hay privacidad. Si no abre l puerta la gente toca la puerta pensando q ese es el puesto de portería

• ANGELA (8/5): Acogedor y Amañador - La ubicación, apartamento cómodo, amplio y con lo necesario para estancias cortas, en mi opinión muy acogedor y amañador, tenia cafetera, Café y azúcar. Cuenta con parqueadero lo cual fue muy útil para nosotros. A media cuadra de la zona Gastronómica de Manizales con mucha variedad y oferta de Restaurantes. El apartamento es muy tranquilo.

No nos gustó que nos asignaron un parqueadero y cuando llegábamos estaba ocupado y nos tocaba dejar el carro atravesado, a pesar de que, el personal siempre estaba pendiente de esto y ayudándonos a solucionar el problema

• Borja (9/5): Some Considerations - Enteire place is really good, also the area has diferent places to get food. The are you feel safe and secure... There is not lifting and also no washing machine. This is not a big problem but it is an cosideration if you go with someone who has any fisical discapacity... And the machine just because we have been travelling a lot it was the place were we want to wash some clothes ... But this is not a big problem...
