adriana (8/5): Bien atendida, agradable estancia. - El sitio excelente en su ubicación y en general, limpio y cómodo Desafortunadamente la estufa no calienta nada bien y se hace necesario el uso de esa cocineta, creo que así se llama, que hay como auxiliar pero le resta practicidad. El aseo en los utensilios de cocina no es el mejor.

Gabriela (10/5): Comfortable - Very nice, modern facilities, room was made up nicely and felt like we were at home! Staff was friendly and it was a smooth check in process. Close to subway stop. We wish the AC would’ve been stronger but that could just be that we were not used to the heat in Medellin 😅
Rodolfo (8/5): Very good - Rooms, amenities, the gym is excellent and is open 24/7. There was never any drinkable water from the machine at the gym. The washing machines and dryers only accept payments via app if you are on the 14th floor and on top of that my non-Colombian credit cards never worked with it. The sandwiches from the restaurant are terrible.
