• Gregory (10/5): Great location good value for a night out on town - Location in Escalante was great, apartment was clean and offered amenities including washer/dryer. Garage parking wasn’t available when I arrived but street parking was abundant. TV kept beeping for some reason and gym was restricted for guests.

• Almudena (7/5): - La ubicación, el gimnasio, espacio coworking. El anfitrión es muy atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Las vistas desde mi habitación eras una pasada. La habitación no estaba del todo limpia y salió alguna cucaracha pequeña del baño. La cocina no tiene extractor y le faltaban utensilios básicos. No hay papelera grande para tirar los desperdicios de la cocina. No está bien aislada del exterior y entran mosquitos y ruido.

• Timo (9/5): Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Anfangs war ich aufgrund der Bewertungen skeptisch, doch wurde positiv vom Gegenteil überzeugt! Alles hat super funktioniert. Das Zimmer war super, das Bette sehr bequem und die Aussicht mega! Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es wäre noch schön gewesen, man hätte einen Föhn auf dem Zimmer gehabt und einen Abfalleimer in der Küche.

Pas de sèche-cheveux, de poubelle dans le salon, d'éponge pour faire la vaisselle, 1 seule serviette par personne (pas de serviette pour les mains) et peu de couverts pour manger Coté bruit, pas très bien isolé mais ça reste correct.

Además, la habitación estaba absolutamente impecable: limpia, ordenada, con todo en perfecto estado y un ambiente sumamente acogedor. Sin duda, una experiencia que repetiremos.

It took 28 hours for JALO to respond to our inquiries, but by then we were already gone. Thank goodness Booking.com is so awesome, because they understood that Go Living didn't honor their agreement and gave us a full refund, even of the night that we stayed. Stay away from the hotel!!!!!!!! It was a horrible experience. No Wifi, so after 1 night we checked out 3 days early and found a better hotel. It took 28 hours for JALO to respond to our inquiries, but by then we were already gone. Thank goodness Booking.com is so awesome, because they understood that Go Living didn't honor their agreement and gave us a full refund, even of the night that we stayed. • edward (7/5): - The room was really nice with a great view. I was said in the booking that we would receive one complimentary house keeping service since we were staying for seven nights but we didn't. There was only one roll of tissue and no dish detergent in the container for the kitchen.

Los utensilios de cocina fueron suficientes. Nevera ok. Bien por el agua y las chocolatinas. El baño requiere reparación, pues en una oportunidad se observó taponado y no quería descargar bien. Las almohadas muy altas. Favor evaluar la opción de tener unas más bajas. Faltó una esponja para lavar los platos.

• Adria (1/5): No lo sé, hablé con el teleoperador - Directamente no nos pudimos alojar con jalo rent. Es un despreocupado. Apenas nos ayudó y nos dejó tirados cuando ya teníamos la reserva hecha. Tuvimos que contactar con housy al llegar después de 24h viajando y realizar una nueva reserva nosotros mismos. Una vergüenza. El personal mal, no nos trajeron mantas y no iba la calefacción. Las pedimos y tardaron 3 días. Se nos acabó el papel higiénico y no lo repusieron.

Poorly lit apartment during night time. The kitchen has no lights it is pretty dark if you want to prepare a meal. Bed is sinking when you sleep.

• Nicole (6/5): Fine for a night or two, don’t bother if you want to actually cook and spend a longer amount of time there. - Comfortable beds, nice aesthetic, good gym and coffee shop. There was a used dirty towel left in the cupboard when we checked in. No washing up liquid, sponge or tea towel, or bathroom soap. We had to ask for it at reception but all they can do is contact the host so this took 15 hours to fix because of the delay in communication which is frustrating as we had already cooked and had dirty smelly pans in the room overnight. Toilet blocked on day 1 which they did fix that same day, however maintenance left the dirty towel used to assumably clean the floor, in the bathroom. Took 2 hours to boil a pan of rice the hobs were so poor. Only bin is in the toilet which isn’t great if you want to cook. Room didn’t get cleaned in 5 days but this may not be a service offered, however there were cleaners cleaning rooms all on our floor?
