• Vanessa (10/5): - Perfect home! It was incredibly comfortable, and Simon + Doris were the best hosts. My family and I really appreciated having the washer/dryer in the apartment. The balcony offered such a nice view, and a rarity to point out is that the windows have screens so you can keep them open without bugs! The home also had everything we needed for our one year old son (toys, baby chair, crib). I look forward to returning again soon!

• Aileen (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment exceeded my expectations. It was huge and had everything you might need and I mean everything... The hosts Doris and Simon are very friendly, hospitable and welcoming. The views from the balcony are amazing, several waterfalls can be seen including the famous Riechenbach Falls. I had the misfortune to leave a rug sack at the property when I left and had resigned myself to the fact it was "lost" however Doris exceeded my expectations and arranged for the rug sack to be sent to the last place we were staying before heading back to the UK. She even called the hotel to let them know to expect it. Yes it was in my room when I arrived. Doris even found the earring I lost and sent it back with the rug sack. Now that's what I call exceptional customer service and I would highly recommend the hosts and the property. Thank you Doris and Simon for all your help and for a very enjoyable stay in Meiringen All perfect.
