• Aliza (1/5): Worst place, rude staff, unclean and unreasonable. Will never stay at this apartment or with this host again -5/10 - Absolutely nothing. Dropped on me two days before the stay that I had to pay a $500 deposit or cancel my trip and get no refund. Check in/check out was a joke. The host was incredibly rude and unaccomdating. Everything, wish i complained earlier and tried to get my money back. Was an absolute joke terrible customer service and we left the place cleaner than we arrived in, the bed slats kept falling out making it difficult to sleep, the room came with 2 rolls of bad quality toilet paper for a 3 day stay for 3 people. Couldn’t have been worse, definitely won’t be staying with this host or in this apartment ever again, the room was filthy, dirt and dust everywhere sheets weren’t clean, we had to wash them. Absolute joke. Negative -5/10.
• Carlie (6/5): Bed collapsed! - Awesome location, great balcony with amazing view. It was a muck around finding where key was (located at a dimly lit internet cafe in a small laneway). Don’t message phone number as you won’t get a response. Make sure you message thru app. The bed collapsed on me twice In middle of night leaving me with a very sore back (I did notify property so hopefully fixed). It was only one person in bed too!

• Diorella (5/5): Honest & transparent feedback - Location I aim to be as transparent and honest as possible with this review. We booked this accommodation based on the photos advertised and the relatively affordable price, given its location in the CBD. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations. The property was noticeably dusty and dirty. Dust was visible on the door frames and window sills, and there were markings on the walls, suggesting that only common touch points had been superficially cleaned. The carpet, which appeared to be a dark cream shade in the photos, was in reality close to grey and heavily stained. It was clear that the carpeting had not been properly cleaned or maintained. One of the bedroom's bed frames was in poor condition, almost falling apart, which compromised our comfort and safety. Additionally, the sheets and duvet were stained and in need of a thorough wash, further detracting from our stay. On a positive note, the staff were reasonably easy to communicate with, and all the amenities listed were present. Additionally, the location was excellent, providing convenient access to the city's attractions. Overall, while the location and amenities were satisfactory, the overall environment and cleanliness of the accommodation were major drawbacks. We hope the management addresses these issues to enhance future guests' experiences.
