Guest Reviews
- Lucas (6/5): Modern bulit apartment close to public transport. Suitable for groups of 3 or less. - Good location for public transport and walking distance to Luna Park. Property is modern (good layout) with 2 bathrooms and a good shower. Secure parking for 1 vehicle was great.
Host sends a YouTube link where to locate the key & fob). When booking we filtered results for 2 adults and 3 children. This property came up and was available. Little did we know the sleeping arrangements are 1 x double bed and 1 x single bed. There is a sofa bed which is old, ripped and super uncomfortable which is not pleasant at all. We had 4 nights like this. The cleanliness was subpar. Dust over aircon, shower fans and table fake flowers. Splash back had been cleaned but smudge marks were evident all above the oven area.
The road noise wad very loud and the fridge clicks when refrigerating. We had to play music from our phones all night whilst trying to sleep on the sofa.
Wouldn’t recommend for families with 4 or more members.
- Kenneth (8/5): Very good - Everything you need for a comfortable stay, especially the showers. A bit of a hassle leaving when you have your own car.
- Richard (9/5): Overall the house is great. - Safety, access to public transport and basement parking. Minor damages in sofas and door handles.
- David (8/5): Would stay there again. - Handy to public transport, restaurants and cafes Bed was mildly uncomfotable.
- Brian (9/5): Superb -
- Rosminah (9/5): Cosy spot in St Kilda - - Lovely view of both sunrise and sunset (from bedroom windows).
- Great proximity to the heart of St Kilda
- Clean and very comfortable apartment
- Parking space, great for those driving Nothing really - just maybe we coulf not finf the bin centre haha!
- Stephanie (5/5): Passable -
- Rebecca (7/5): It was okay. - Location The balcony door was broken and wouldn't lock properly and obviously it was an ongoing issue because there was repair equipment there but the hosts ignored my requests to have this fixed.
- Molakhasouk (9/5): Superb -
- Yen-hsin (7/5): Good - Convenient Fan in the toilet working whole night.
- Beverly (10/5): Exceptional - The room and facilities are clean. Enough hot water supply. The immediate text response of staff. Why do i need the key to leave the parking lot. I drove out the basement with key, but i didn't use the key. And i have to take it back to the apartment after removing my car.
- Ixa (5/5): Good views but uncomfortable beds - Location was good. Place was clean. Bed was uncomfortable and only a double not a queen or king. Getting the key was not what we expected - walking around the corner, down the street and into a dark carpark with a torch looking for the key box. Couldn't call the owner only text. Didn't realise that to pay a deposit which was as much as 2 nights accommodation.
- Michael (6/5): Pleasant - Location was pretty good for the price. Apartment was quite roomy for the price, and had good facilities and good views of the surrounding city. Having a tram stop directly in front of the building was vary handy, especially for trips into the city. The underground parking space for our car was also very handy. Easy to get in and out of the building with a swipe card. Couch was damaged. Furniture and appliances were cheap. Very hands off by the property managers - was more like an AirBnB than an apartment. No room service and have to dispose of your rubbish yourself in the downstairs waste room. Large list of hefty fines if you do something wrong.
- Euan (8/5): Lovely apartment in a convenient location! - Great location with easy access to trams on the road outside the apartment. Lovely views to the sea from the bedrooms, everything was clean and modern and was overall a fabulous place to stay! The check-in process was a bit stressful - we weren’t told the code for the lockbox until about half an hour after check-in (the room was late to be ready but that was cool with us).
Finding the box itself was quite tricky as it was offsite a couple of hundred metres away. There was a video linked to the instructions (which were a bit tricky to decipher) showing the route from the accommodation to the lockbox but it ended before reaching the lockbox so it was a bit of blind luck that we happened across the box.
The slightly stressful experience getting into the place was the only negative aspect of an otherwise excellent stay.
- Semple (10/5): No issues at all. Very pleasant stay. - The location for our purposes was fantastic
- Aisling (8/5): Very good -
- Lars (7/5): Good - Location close to the city Noise! The street next to the apartment is very loud. You can hear it even with closed windows.
- Celestia213 (10/5): Grand Prix Weekend in Melb - It was perfectly situated for what I came for. Nothing. I was happy and would book again.
- Nikhil (7/5): Pretty decent - Location was decent TV wasn't working
- Webley (9/5): delightful - location, value for money bit of road noise
- Matthew (10/5): Exceptional -
