• Krumov Vladan (1/5): - Prljavo, ledeno, grejanje ne radi – čista prevara Apartman 604 se izdaje pod imenom hotela, ali se hotel ograđuje i tvrdi da je to „privatni apartman“. U sobi je hladno jer grejanje ne radi, prljavo, sudovi neoprani. Lažno oglašeno za 4 osobe – u stvarnosti samo za 2, bez kreveta za decu. Pišem da se neko drugi ne bi prevario. Izbegavati u širokom luku. Dirty, freezing cold, no heating – total scam Apartment 604 is rented under the hotel’s name, but when problems occur, the hotel denies responsibility and claims it is a “private apartment.” The room is cold because the heating does not work, dirty, with unwashed dishes. Falsely advertised for 4 people – in reality only suitable for 2, with no beds for children. Writing this so others don’t get scammed. Avoid at all costs.
• Mawynj (10/5): - Хорошее расположение к подъемнику можно добраться пешком. Чистый воздух. После прогулки можно отдохнуть в сауне нужно взять в аренду халаты по 7лев. В апартаментах есть все необходимое.Кровать удобная. Пол в ванной тёплый.Вид с балкона шикарный.Есть ресторан завтрак(шведский стол) + ужин по меню. Вытяжка. Она что есть что нет приходилось открывать балкон чтобы проветрить. Диван очень твёрдый.

• Alex (4/5): Great little hotel, good facilities. We would come again but different room - Breakfast was good but had to pay extra for it with the original room as we didn’t realise that we had booked a private apartment in the hotel. Very small room, we booked for 4 people and it was only enough room for 2. 1 bed 1 extra small grubby futon that the kids couldn’t sleep on and one small rock solid sofa that the kids couldn’t sleep on. We had to upgrade our room after we walked past the neighbours apartment and realised it was 3 times the size with separate bedroom and a very large pull out sofa bed. The kitchen in this room was tiny and so is the bathroom. Whole apartment was a bit grubby and the really old shower curtain smelt really bad when having a shower. The room we upgraded to was beautiful and comfortable and really clean!!

• Slavova (7/5): Good - I liked the apartment was cosy and the location was good. There were two restaurants in the hotel. The pillows weren't comfortable. There wasn't any washing-up liquid or cork opener.
