• Giveza (10/5): Вълнуващо преживяване - Просторен апартамент, оборудван с всичко необходимо в кухнята- електрическа кана, микровълнува, печка, кафемашина, пералня. Банята беше затоплена, за да се изкъпеш в приятна обстановка. В стаите има климатици, които не сме ползвали, защото е приятно топло за сезона. Апартамента е много близо до централната част на града и в същото време е на тиха уличка. Има заден двор , където си прибрахме колата. Нашата кола е малка, за по-широки и дълги коли ще бъде трудно влизането, но винаги имаше място пред сградата на улицата да се остави. Няма такова нещо.
• Ани (7/5): - Апартаментът беше чист. Апартаментът има нужда от малко подобрения. Хладилникът не работеше през по- голямата част от престоя ни. Собствениците могат да се погрижат за този проблем. Климатиците в едната спалня и хола, също имаха проблем, особено с дистанционните , не работеха. Нямахме дори и кафе или чай. Реално не се запознахме с домакините. Също така и банята има нужда от подобрения.

• Cristina (10/5): - A very clean apartment, with everything you need. Air conditioner in each room. Very nice and helpfull owners! We book it every year we go to Greece and when we come back home. Each time we were very happy to stay there! Thank you for your hospitality! Everything was perfect!

• Gergana (9/5): - Clean, spacious, equipped, very comfortable check-in and check-out procedure. The shower faucet functioned only in shower mode. It was very hard to set it in a position where water flows from the lower valve.

• Djolek (5/5): Passable - Self check in was easy and trouble free, the host sent detailed instructions beforehand. The entrance for car is very narrow and low so if you have SUV or roof box, you won't be able to park in the courtyard. The neighborhood looks shabby but it was quite during the night, The apartment was ok, but nothing more than that. There was a smart TV but low bandwidth so it wasn't possible to watch youtube or other streaming service. We asked for several times for the baby cot. It was advertised that the apartment has the baby cot and it was confirmed to us after booking. I reminded the host on the day of our arrival and asked to prepare it since we'll be coming late in the evening. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the baby cot wasn't there. It was 10pm and we were tired so I didn't want to escalate this issue but it was a problem for us since we have a 15 months old baby. Somehow we've managed to secure the regular bed with chairs and pillows but this whole situation affected the overall bad impression about the apartment.
• Konstantin (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment on the second floor. Location is excellent, 5-minute walk to city center. Everything was newly renovated and very clean. There was air conditioning in both rooms and the living room. There is private parking available that we used. The entrance is somewhat narrow but it worked for our car. Free street-parking was also available. Check-in was easy although I did not get the instructions ahead of time so had to call the host to walk me through opening the lock box. An extra set of covers would have been nice so we did not have to share :)

• Yonka (8/5): A spacious apartment with good location - The apartment is very spacious. It is located on the third floor , no lift, but this wasn't a problem for us. The access is through a key safe and we had a contact with the owner only over the phone. He gave us clear instructions how to get to the flat and how to access the parking. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, hobs, oven and microwave oven. There is a coffee machine which makes a really good coffee. Having washing machine in the flat was a great advantage in the hot weather, which required frequent change of clothes. The beds are comfortable. The location is very good, close to Billa and next to an excellent fruit and vegetable market, offering fresh produce. There were just small annoying things which would not require huge efforts to fix. To start with there were only 3 forks for 4 guests - fixed the next day after the second contact with the owner and two meals with 3 forks. There were only two remote controls (and only one of them was working...) for the 3 air conditioners - fairly inconvenient during the night. The cable of the microwave could not reach any socket and we had to move the oven on which the microwave was located in order to be able to use it. There were only 2 toilet rolls for 4 people staying 3 nights.

• Cristina (10/5): Exceptional - For us, it was just a one-night stay for a longer trip. Our host sent us precise instructions for check-in and was careful with us. The apartment is spotless and comfortable.
• Tony (9/5): Superb - Air conditioning in every area location was really good, comfortable and clean, great 📺, large comfortable bedroom and beds WiFi was a bit hit and miss but usable and the private parking was hard to access though a narrow drive once into it there was plenty of room, but we parked on the street after two days, which really wasn't a problem as lots of places and safe

There is a free parking although we didn’t use it because our car has bike racks on the top and it was too high. But we parked in front of the building also for free. Good comunication with the host ( only by phone). I recommend it!
