Hoa Binh (9/5): Sehr schön, können es nur empfehlen. Würden noch mal kommen. - Es war sehr sauber, die Küche hatte alle Utensilien genügend für mehr als 4 Personen. In der WG 3 gab es kleine Marmeladengläschen und Kaffee. Leider nicht in der WG 2. Die Matratze des Doppelbettes in der WG 2 war etwas alt und unbequem. Schön wäre es, wenn Wasser zur Verfügung gestanden hätte, aber das wäre noch ein Sahnehäubchen.
Sonja (8/5): Für gutes Geld eher mehr erwartet - Die Lage ist einzigartig und sehr ruhig. Dusche funktioniert gut. Leider gibt eshier ncht mehr zu sagen. Unpersönlicher Empfang mit Schlüsselbox.Daher die Bewertung.fürs Personal. Parksituatuon ist sehr beengt. Betten für unseren Geschmack zu weich. Küchenausstattung ist sehr knapp gehalten, etwas mehr Geschirr und Topflappen wären wünschenswert gewesen. Backofen war extrem verkrustet und musste daher vor Benutzung teilweise gesäubert werden. Küchenabzug ohne montiertes Abzugsrohr, obwohl Aussenöffnung vorhanden ( zumindest scheint es einen Plan zu geben - siehe Bild .....).Daher hält sich der Küchengeruch hartnäckig und schafft Erinnerungen in allen mitgebrachten Textilien
Ursl Winter (7/5): Es hat gepasst - und die Gegend und der Ort sind fuer mich perfekt. - Das Apartment im zweiten Stock hat einen wunderbaren Blick nach Metzingen und Neuhausen und derer Weinbergen. Die Wohnung war sauber, das Badezimmer neu uns ich konnte mich entspannen. Ich selber bin ein bisschen empfindlich in Thema Gerüchen und so waren die Bettwäsche zu parfümiert für mich. Aber das hatte ich noch in Erinnerung vom letzten Mal.

monica (7/5): OK - La comodidad y rapidez de Check in y check out , la plaza de parking delante de la puerta La habitación era en un sótano al lado de las lavadoras y se escuchaba mucho ruido y mucha gente pasar todo el rato. El baño como indica es externo y privado pero no era privado ya que la gente que estaba en la lavandería lo usaba y a veces estaba ocupado. Había bastantes insectos en la habitación

Contactless check in with key box was very convenient. All was good. Water in the shower did not become hot it was warm. It was ok for a quick shower.

We forgot to connect to host in time but he made connect and inform everything before hand. View from living room is absolutely mind blowing. Bed width are too too small. Also one of the bed on wall side is not usable due to rough wall scratching skin. There was superb automated coffee machine (absolutely out of my expectation), however it had some issue with milk canal not working. So couldn't use it at all.

If you are going to metzingen for outlet shopping, this apartment could be the best accommodation choice. 7minutes driving distance from outlet. No hassle with partking at the property. Spacious for a family of 4. Spotless clean. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant. I would stay there again if i ever go back to Metzingen.
