CARLOS FURTADO (9/5): - Bem localizada. A proprietária sempre disponível. Atende bem minhas necessidades. Precisa de arrumar os suportes de toalha e papel higiênico. Por ser gesso cartonado com o tempo essas coisas vão folgando mesmo, daí a necessidade ajustes de tempos em tempo.

Quarto precisa de alguns retoques na pintura pois tem algumas marcas de dedos nas paredes. Suporte de papel e toalhas precisam ser refixados pois é parede de gesso cartonado.
