- Karin (4/5): Great area but the host disappeared when kitchen wasn't functioning and never answered. - Great area, lots of shops and restaurants, nice pool for the kids. The stove was broken already upon arrival and was never fixed. The host disappeared and never answered neither about repairing the stove nor about compensation despite several e-mails through Booking. For us as a family with two kids a kitchen was a prerequisite when searching for accomodation. And primarily a non functioning host is a disappointment. The sofa is also too small for grown ups to sleep.in, ok for kids. The area is great with everything you need close by, and the pool was really appreciated by the kids.

- Lucas (9/5): Superb decorated and furnished apartment at Jardins - I loved the location at Jardins. The apartment was well designed and decorated. It was comfortable most of all. You can find most of the things you will need to stay at an apartment in São Paulo. I loved the shower and the bed! The TV is pretty good to stream things. We can do the laundry. And there's a small fridge. There's a reception and they were super helpful when I locked myself outside the room and they are there when we need, which makes it safer. You can walk around Pamplona and buy groceries for the stay. There are amazing restaurants and bakeries around. The swimming pool didn't look nice and it was one of the main reasons I chose the place, to have a swimming pool to hang out in case I needed to chill a bit. I also didn't like it's missing an electric kettle (or just a normal kettle). Though I understand it's not a common thing to have at apartments in Brasil it's quiet cheap and affordable and changes life for people who enjoy Tea or Chimarrão, especially when there's so much in the kitchen.

TV with Apple TV connection, WiFi, Coffee machine There was a bad smell coming out from the small sink drain that I could smell during parts of the day. There are small ants on the kitchen counter. There is a small leakage in bathroom shower. small things that could be easily repaired and did not disrupt my stay.

Older building but good apartment A few blocks from Paulista Avenue and Jardim restaurants - you will need to Uber Make sure you have your key before you close the door, otherwise you will be locked out. As in other comments, the basin is bad design and does splash water on you as it is so shallow - be careful.

LG 4k tv, wifi, great views, central (jardins, 10/15 min walk to aven. paulista - main shopping mall) - but lovely property, everything but especially details like lighting, corners of room, bathroom facilities, power shower - all taken care. a filter for tap water. cant go wrong
