Julia Campos (7/5): Ótima localização. O local poderia ter melhorias não muito custosas. - A localização é muito boa. Perto da Avenida Paulista e fácil acesso. Os funcionários do prédio são muito bons e responsáveis. O apartamento é pequeno e acomoda até 4 pessoas. Cozinha não tinha armários, não tinha material para eventuais limpezas, não tinha produtos de higiene como descrito no perfil. Não possui filtro de água. Chuveiro torto. Sifão da tanque vazando.

Victor (5/5): Quebra um galho - Localização boa, fácil de fazer check-in e quartos são espaçosos. Quando fui fazer check-in teve um desencontro de informações onde o apartamento designado no Booking é diferente do qual ficamos hospedados. A condição do banheiro também necessita de uma reforma urgente e o ambiente no geral é diferente das fotos, bem menos decorado e simples.

Alvar (7/5): Good - It is a clean appartment, nothing fancy but basic things are there. Things to note are that the neighbourhood is a bit sketchy also there is a no smoking rule, smoking is not allowed even on balkony. Also to keep in mind that only people in the reservation are allowed in the appartment. So if you travel with a group of friends you can not meet up. Also when you are visiting during hot months keep in mind that there is no airconditioning. But if you keep windows open and use the portable fan you can manage. The water heater needs fixing, my friend got a little electric shock when he tried to regulate it.

Kirsty (9/5): Clean and spacious apartment - The apartment was clean and spacious in a great location. The only downside was the sofabed was not that comfortable.
Davina (8/5): Good value stay - Clean place, good value for money overall. The apartment needs a bit of refurbishing in the bathroom and the living room sofa was uncomfortable.
