• Ronny (9/5): Muito bom! - O quarto é exatamente como na foto. A cama é confortável, a banheira é muito gostosa, a vista agradável. A localização, ótima. Fiquei hospedado com conforto e silêncio. A estrutura do hotel é boa, com atendimento eficiente na recepção. O buffet do café da manhã do hotel é pago à parte, não é caro e tem boas opções. Como o apartamento descrevia ter uma cozinha compacta, presumi que teria um cooktop, ou pelo menos um micro-ondas. Não dá para aquecer coisas. É uma bancada com uma pia pequena, com pratos, copos e talheres, além do frigobar. Eu recomendaria esclarecer isso, pois não dá para fazer um café, por exemplo. Não tinha pano de prato para enxugar a louça, e o móvel é de madeira, fiquei um pouco aflito de deixar utensílios molhados em cima... por cuidado, fiquei secando com toalha de rosto mesmo. Mas isso foi um contra no meio de todo o resto, que foi muito bom. Voltaria em uma próxima vez.

• Alcides (8/5): Tem uma vista incrível - A vista, por estar perto de restaurantes (ter opções de onde almoçar e jantar) e também próximo ao parque O café da manhã no apartamento não foi muito bom. O secador do apartamento não estava funcionando e a banheira achamos pequena.

One room, no frills, expect to buy your own coffee, soap. - I had to wait in the lobby for two hours to access the apartment after an all-night flight. I understand that it was a last-minute booking, but if the site says it's available then it should be available at the stated check-in time. It did not meet the property description. It does not have a separate bedroom, it's all one room. There is no kitchenette and no way to cook food. There was a coffee maker with no filters. No coffee was provided. At best this was an unstocked minibar. It did not have garden views, it looked out on the street and construction. There wasn't even any soap, I had to go buy some at the store. The minibar sink drain was clogged, and the bathroom tap wouldn't shut off all the way. There was long, blond curly hair everywhere that kept getting on my stuff.

• Mireille (5/5): A budget hotel in a good location - The location was good and staff were friendly. There is a small gym and a small pool which can be used if required. I checked in just before midnight and got to my room to find no soap, just one shampoo and one conditioner, I ended up having to wash my hands with shampoo until the following morning. The shower head was very bad and sprayed water in several directions, this made it very annoying to take a shower. The plugs were all 110V (understandable as this is Brazil, but the last hotel I stayed at had both 110V and 220V which made it possible for me to use my hair straighteners and my own hairdryer), this was more of an annoyance than anything else.
