Guest Reviews
- Amanda (8/5): Our hosts were great! It is warm and inviting - It was handcrafted and the hosts were amazing!
Not particularly suitable for us ( as we are old) but for younger people… yes It was a bit far out from town
Trying not to contribute to the roadkill (which broke our hearts)
- Keith (10/5): A nice quiet retreat near Sheffield. Great facilities. - Location was great for a quiet getaway
- Peter (9/5): A great quiet location but only minutes away from town conveniences. - Our cabin was rustic, spacious and comfortable. It contained all required for a comfortable stay. No negatives
- Beth (10/5): -

- Jesse (9/5): Great stay with partner and 2 small kids. We all loved it and didn't want to go back to reality - Great cabin, location and view. It's hand built quality was very charming. No wifi and internet was patchy. That said my phone was able to hotspot my girls iPad during downtime. This is not necessarily bad, but worth mentioning.
- Charlie (10/5): -
- Kerry (10/5): -
- Brian (8/5): Will come back - Nice and quiet Beautiful
- Karin (9/5): The cabin showcases the owner's exceptional woodworking skills. - Remote bush location, comfortable and spacious living room, and clean property. The meter box needs upgrading to handle multiple electrical appliances simultaneously.
- Justin (10/5): -
- Koster (9/5): Super tranquil rustic bush cabins near cradle mountain - Tranquility and beautiful natural settings
- Ashlee (10/5): Exceptional - Peaceful, cozy and comfortable Poor reception but that is just due to the area
- Irene (10/5): Beautiful stay - Beautiful setting and lovely hosts
- Keith (8/5): Quiet, peaceful with only the sounds of birds. - Best location for a disconnect from life. It was wonderful spending a few days "away" from it all. The cellphone signal is terrible.
- Susan (10/5): Perfect retreat for relaxing and enjoying the location. - We loved everything! Very private with trees, native animals and views all around us. Great hosts. Lovely wood heater which heated all the cabin - we didn't need the electric blankets. We stayed for 3 nights, and it was a lovely space for our friends from Sheffield to come out and spend time with us, have a BBQ and enjoy the facilities of the cabin. We will definitely be back next year! This was a perfect place to stay.
- Cony (10/5): Exceptional - The peace and senerity
- Kendra (10/5): Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, hope to come again! - A cozy welcoming space in a gorgeous location. Excellent hosts!

- Brad (9/5): Relaxing and peaceful cabin. - The cabin was in a quiet relaxing setting in the forest with a stream running past. We had a wood heater and plenty of wood which kept the place really warm. It was just a comfortable relaxing couple of days. Would defined stay again. No internet. It was probably good but we have to both
Work so had to go into town to send and receive emails.
- Saranyu (9/5): wish it could have been longer - The property has been thoughtfully and carefully planned to make the most of the natural surroundings. Home build with Tasmanian timbers and utilising natural resources appeals. Rainwater and wood fires, peace and tranquility...A rare find. There is nothing to not like about this place unless you dont like to be out in the bush.
