Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Kelly (8/5): Nice property in lovely location - but AVOID McGRATH RENTAL AGENT! - The property was a nice little apartment close to the beach. While it was a dated block, the bathroom is brand new and the kitchen is well appointed. We would possibly stay again if it were not with this agent and if linen was included, given the price. There is a vast difference between an agency managed apartment and a host-run property and this agent was TERRIBLE for the following reasons:
1. Before arriving, we were spammed for weeks with over 8 texts and 10 emails saying pretty much the same thing.
2. Despite being told not to give details or payment outside booking.com, this agent required a lot of personal information and CC.
3. We had to pay for linen in a $600+/night property and it was just sitting on the table in the dining room - ie beds were not made up. (Not nice when arriving on Christmas Eve after a 11hr drive!)
4. There was no tea, coffee or milk in the apartment - again, not nice when you’re arriving before a string of public holidays over Christmas. Also, no simple items like salt, pepper or oil.
5. We had to collect keys from the office in town (not near property) and only ONE SET was given, even though the booking was for a family of four. This was especially problematic as you need a key to get in building door - there is no buzzer access! So, people had to keep running keys down to let people coming back from the beach in. Also only key entry to the garage - no buzzer.
6. The property is NOT AIRCONDITIONED and this is not clearly marked. It’s also a walk up - two flights. (There is also no wifi but this is listed in the ad.)

- Roselyn (9/5): Superb - Clean place.View from balcony nice.Smelt nice the carpets etc.Kitchen appliances very nice.Happy with the Airfryer.Beds very comfortable.Bacony adjoining the main bedroom very nice.Mice to look out at the trees and birds and hear the waves at the beach nearby.Handy location close to everything including Fingal Beach and Salamader shopping centre. Next time may stay on the topmost floor to get the beach and waterviews.Garage was too small to park my car in

- Victoria (9/5): Great location and comfortable apartment - suitable for families with young children - Great location between two beaches - one better for smaller kids. Well-appointed, good kitchenware, comfy beds. Not much the owners can do about this but the birds outside wake you up at around 5am every day.. and with having no WiFi just be aware that mobile connectivity, particularly in busy holiday periods, can be very patchy. We had lots of time without internet which we weren’t expecting because we were just going to use our phones which didn’t work for large periods of time in the day. Again not much the owners can do - just be aware and maybe consider bringing your own form of WiFi device.
- Sum (8/5): Good stay. - Quiet and private. Not too far from beach. Would have been better if it was beach front. Not beach front. No view of the ocean because it was on first floor.
