• Gary (7/5): Good - Nice set up. looked good as we entered the room. Roomy. Good bed and excellent bedding. The step to bathroom is non standard and too high to be stepping to potentially wet floor/feet. If the sliding door was slightly out, there is only a moving door to steady yourself. A grab rail is advisable. Particularly in the dark. Flavoured teas, while welcome, should not be bunched together. Oils in teas such as Earl Grey seeped into other packets. Better off to keep it simple. Parking is ambiguous, the booket said the rear park was for our unit, but that was not the case evidently. Having to reverse back out an angled drive was scary. We didn't feel comfortable having to park on the footpath, which is not strictly speaking legal.
• Maria (8/5): Very good - The location was great just a walk across the road and there were plenty of places to eat at. The unit was very clean and comfortable for the two of us.
• Trudie (8/5): We'll be back! - We regularly travel to Toowoomba for a night or two visiting family and always on the hunt for comfortable, quiet and budget friendly accommodation - this one has so far come out on top. The unit was clean, tidy, felt very welcoming and had a 'luxe' appearance. The bed was firm but comfortable. Kitchenette had all the things we needed. The location was great - we were initially a little concerned about road noise, being so close to the top of the range, but once you close the windows it was absolutely fine. Easy stroll to supermarket/small shopping centre and good cafes. Great communication from the owners. Recommend just parking on the street from the get go. We read other reviews and noted other's parking issues, we experienced the same issue within 30 mins of being there. As soon as we noticed a car go past, we went out straight away to check access, the neighbor was great and was happy to move his car when we needed. As soon as we notice him leave, we moved our car out to the street. Shower head is WAY up high - could use a holder lower down as well as the higher one (so one can shower without getting hair wet). Chairs are not super comfortable - the arm chair is old and a little lumpy, and the dining chairs are not great to sit on as an alternative - good dining chairs, not good if you want to sit and relax, read a book, etc.

• Lucia (8/5): Lovely room, but I won't come back until the car park issue is solved. - large room and large bathroom, kitchen had everything I needed. The bed was nice and comfy. On the road to Pic Nic lookout, great if you want to run in the morning. Walking distance to supermarket. I'll add an extra doona, winter in Toowoomba can be cold. The car park is small, if you have a truck, and so the not-sober-minded gentlemen next room parked their big truck in front of my car so I was blocked from 6pm until 6am next morning. Not nice. The owner is nice and friendly, but she does not live nearby.

Easy self checkin and the host is super responsive and accommodating. I did need to park my van on the street, however it is a reasonably good area and seemed safe.

No extractor fan in bathroom but there is a window you can open. Unit number 2 is located between 2 others and this one has no outside space, the front door and only window in the unit are on the driveway access to other unit.
• Goode (7/5): I’ll be back for sure as my stay was comfortable. - It was my first time using an electronic door lock. I was amazing. I wasn’t worried about loosing an actual key. There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like. I solved the ‘no laundry’ issue by bringing my own small twin tub washer.

• Tanielle (9/5): Hassle free, great location, huge room and friendly staff. - Clean spacious fully equipped room. Huge ensuite. Practical kitchenette with everything you would need for a short stay. Some road noise as expected being close to everything but convenient location and great value. After hours staff free check in was super easy and convenient but staff sent courtesy messagedto ensure everything was ok and were helpful and friendly. Traffic from highway and neighbouring Motel was a little noisy but expected given proximity to everything local.

• Cash (7/5): Good value, clean and with a kitchenette, but the water hammer took the shine of my stay sad to say. - I liked the location outside of the centre of Toowoomba, but still less than a 5 minute drive from down town. Water Hammer, is when the tap/s are turned on by your neighbour and the loud short sharp noise is made by the water pressure, and when it happens more than once or much more at 7am or later in the evening is not what you want if you want to sleep in.
• Edgo (7/5): Location and comfort were fine, but the ‘access’ situation was not good. - Bed and facilities were OK. The Key pad to enter the property was terrible. If it hadn’t been for another guest in the next room, I couldn’t imagine how the pad worked. Instructions were not clear, and because the Sun was shining on the Pad, the numbers were not visible. It just looked like a flat surface. (At night was a different situation, as the numbers were clearly visible. Better information is needed. Also, the Tap fittings in the Ensuite, and kitchen area were so loose, it was not a good ‘feel’.
