• Daniel (3/5): Decepcionante - Bien situado como punto estratégico para visitar las zonas de volcanes pasado Turrialba. El anfitrión amable y comunicativo. Lo demás fatal, por suerte solo fue una noche de paso. Al menos nuestra habitación (apartamento frente a la piscina) no coincidía con la descripción, con fotos antiguas en un estado mucho mejor al encontrado, y la verdad es que estaba en un estado bastante deplorable. No sabemos si se debe a las lluvias de los días anteriores, pero estaba todo lleno de humedades. Aún con ello lo que no es aceptable es lo sucio que estaba todo, especialmente el baño donde ni nos atrevimos a ducharnos, la cocina, donde lo que había para cocinar estaba roñoso o directamente para tirar a la basura, o la habitación, donde la citada humedad era respirable y el acceso era por unas escaleras en bastante mal estado. Ponemos fotos (y no todas las que tenemos porque solo se pueden poner 4) para dar fe del mal estado general de lo que nos encontramos, y que se pueda comparar con las del anuncio. Cambiando los electrodomésticos, limpiando adecuadamente y dando una mano de pintura podría mejorar bastante la situación.

• Natduartej (9/5): Very nice and cozy place to stay - Very cozy place and with a great view. The owner was very kind and helpful suggesting places to go eat. The road to get to the place needs a 4x4 car.
• Eduardo (3/5): We could stay and it was perhaps the best decision except we was raining and very foggy in a bad road. - Pictures of the place do not resemble its current state They did not tell me they only accept cash. We had to find another place that took credit card.

• Judith (6/5): Far away location, kind & friendly host with outdated apt. - The breakfast was tasty & large & good price- lots of pancakes, juice, & good size of assorted fruits. Host was kind & helpful- provided an extra lamp for reading assist. Had a refrigerator, burners, & microwave. Thank you! Stairs with poor lighting to bedroom area & bathroom on first level. Very old & outdated setting- needs a interior paint job & remodel- microwave hard to reset. Thank you!

• Pamela (6/5): I hope the hosts are able to read the feedback and just add a few more items… Then their reviews would be so much better - Very serene location. The host was very kind and welcoming. With just a couple of little (inexpensive) additions it would have been much more comfortable. A more relaxing porch chair (even a plastic arm chair would suffice), a bedside light for reading, a bottle opener, paper towels, dish towel … and they didn’t have a bath towel! Also the door lock was very difficult. No one was home, and I thought I was locked out because I couldn’t get it to work which was stressful for about 10 minutes. A simple change of the door lock would be so easy and not so scary for the guests.

• Linnae (6/5): Beautiful room & setting-lots of potential. - Had breakfast overlooking the valley on outdoor patio. The fresh fruit was delicious. Beautiful setting. Very friendly and hospitable host family. Driveway difficult to get up. No way to adjust temperature of room. The hot water was only warm for shower. Toilet clogged up. No rack or hooks to hang up towels or clothing.
