• Ayad (8/5): It’s nice relaxing visit - It’s simple vintage hotel with a nice view Really many things made me feel not so happy 1/ the pillows are so not comfortable 2/ it’s far from the centre 3/ there’s a big problem with finding taxi but this not related to hotel itself because when we request a taxi from them really they did their best but I mean to return to hotel it’s so hard 4/ No bill boy in hotel 🤔

• Saad (10/5): Nice - Everything except the service The worst service ever. Anything I asked for they would charge me for it. I asked for an iron they told come pick it up, but they brought it later. And they requested me to bring it back to the reception when I was doing check out or they will charge me 15 CHF. The front desk was not welcoming.

• Claudia (2/5): Horrendous - Great location and views, not central but we liked this and was easy to get the bus. Really disappointed with our stay here, the apartment was shabby and staying here ruined our trip as we booked for my birthday. What made it worse was how the owner handled it stating “I should have looked what I was booking”. I was very upset with not just the place but the owners lack of customer service and the very disappointing breakfast which we skipped both mornings. I would never stay here again. We are travelling Switzerland and we couldn’t wait to leave this awful apartment!

• Vincent (8/5): Expensive but cozy - Comfortable and amazing design as well as materials. Next to a shooting range and that was not mentioned clearly. Price is way too high even in this season.
• Matthew (10/5): Exceptional - The facilities were fantastic, particularly the spa area. The staff were incredibly friendly with a specific mention to Emily and Elaine. The views are breathtaking. The location to Lake Thun is ideal. Only a short walk away. Free local bus into town just down the road. Breakfast was okay without being amazing. Dinner we had on two separate occasions was excellent. The apartment we stayed in was very impressive. Much better than the photos. Larger than expected. Really loved our stay. The place had a great feel about it. Nothing. I would love to return one day.

It looked better in the pictures, and not all pictures are related to the room. Some pictures were of the facility , so when we got there it wasnt what we expected. A/C was controlled by a timer which was annoying. I also encourage to have smart T.V

• Majed (4/5): Not as expected.. - The decorations inside were cool looking, the balcony had an amazing view There are few things that were not good - breakfast was boring with no options, just bread and pre cooked eggs and oatmeal with machine coffee and tea. If you needed fried eggs you would pay extra - the room service didnt clean our towels for 3 days straight, tissue box in the bathroom was empty since we arrived and only was replaced once we asked. - the pillows and bed comforters were old and really worn out.

The cleaning lady miss Chinni was doing excellent job and every day we come back to our room everything was clean and organized. Also the tall guy in the reception was very friendly i forget his name. The blankets was short for a 185cm long guy like me and the feather pillows was very thin i had to put a blanket under the pillows to support my neck.
