The neighborhood is a little rough around the edges. I didn't feel unsafe but definitely felt the need to be aware of my surroundings

• Aiko (10/5): Perfect! - We can’t ask for more. It was very very nice and perfect for three of us to stay. The kitchen helped us to have a choices of cooking, also having the washer and dryer helped us bring less clothes for travelling. The location is very close grocery store, restaurants, Costco and station and many more.

The room was very clean, complete with a kitchen, and had an excellent view. I will definitely try and stay here again. Also, the owners of the apartment communicated very well and were very helpful! I didn’t find anything I disliked.

Pretty easy to get in and out. Very cute apartment Lots of drugs and crime nearby. People smoking crack outside apartment and an arrest with 9 cop cars one of the nights. Didn’t feel safe, but was very close to a lot of things to do.

The hosts were so accommodating and fulfilling of our needs and allowed us to check-in and out early due to our early arrival times. Would highly recommend, definitely will be staying here again!

The bathroom is very cleanly and nice as well. The neighbourhood isn’t the best. Right when walking out, lots of homeless people harassing others. The curtains for the property are very finicky

The entry instructions given said the keypad entry might take a couple of entries, it took quite a few minutes and required help from the security guard onsight. Not a comforting experience after a 13 hour flight and walk through an un expected homeless/addicted area. Once gained entry to the building everything was effortless.

• Judy (4/5): Renovated but not modern. - Space in apartment was good The location is near downtown but right next to the homeless park which was noisy at night and early in the morning. Many mental health sufferers come addicts frequented the streets and made the area feel unsafe.

It's close enough to everything fun and interesting. Nice walks near by. Not a negative but the parking stall is a wee bit tight - just be careful to not scuff your car like I did lol

But if the pool was something important I would co - The apartment was great- just like the pictures and description. The space was clean, very lovely and had everything we needed. We were quite surprised and disappointed that pool, hot tub and gym were closed the whole time. Those features were an important feature for us in booking.

• Lee-anne (9/5): Wonderful stay, highly recommend this apartment. - Beautifully appointed suite and in a great location of the city. It was very clean, comfortable and offered a fully equipped kitchen that made meal preparations enjoyable. On a clear day, the morning sun comes in through the window and lights the apartment beautifully! The bed was a disappointment as it did not have very good support and was very soft. Their was inadequate check out information. The key fob required to access the building needs to be left in the apartment, but you need the fob to exit the underground parking area. You must remove your vehicle from the underground parking spot first, then reenter the apartment building and apartment to leave the fob in the apartment. You are able to get to the ground floor without the fob, but will not be able to get back to the apartment if you forget something up there. With the help of a resident and the front desk person, I was able to figure it out and get my vehicle out.

Everything we needed was available, so easy to cook meals, do some washing & the pool, gym & sauna were great. Easy walk to Roger’s Arena. Loved it! Nothing.

We enjoyed all the small touches, the chocolates, toiletries and kitchen supplies were unexpected but great to have! Parking was easy to find, safe and secure. The unit itself was clean and comfortable and exactly as shown. The pool area was clean and well taken care of, we enjoyed our morning swim. This place is close to a lot and we walked everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend this place. nothing!!

Plenty of towels (if needed) bits and bobs in the kitchen, hair bobbles, plastic bags, the sort of thing that you may have forgotten. A real home from home.
