- Robert (5/5): Location good, accommodation adequate but let down by a few necessities. - The wash cycle was short. Quiet neighbourhood. Several blinds are damaged (accepting this may be by through previous guests' mishandling). Biggest problem was the resulting inability to shut out light during sleeping hours and lack of privacy. The host did not respond to our message on this. Also the bathroom lacks the safety features of non slip mat and handrail with real prospect of slipping on wet surface of bath/shower.

- Rafa (7/5): Decent stay but could easily be improved - The location is quite good and safe, even thought is not exactly in the city center. Check in and check out was smooth. The furniture is a bit old and too used. While the apartment had clearly been cleaned, there are some things that didn’t look pleasing and would need to be fixed: bathtub stains, stained towels, dirty shower courtain, broken bedroom blinds, stained sofa…
- Patricia (9/5): We had a nice stay - Location was great. It was close to BC place and walkable. The sofa bed was not comfortable. It’s pretty old and would recommend replacing it.
- Suzanne (7/5): A solid 7 - Spacious, easy parking. Area is great if you want close access to the beach. For me, it was too far from Robson square, shopping, and venues Some maintenance and refresh of apartment facilities is needed. The sofa should be replaced. Missing slats on blinds. For a short stay it’s fine, but I was there 10 days and you really notice R&M required over 10 days. Host was okay, only had 1 key to start and it took over a day to resolve
- Denny (10/5): Exceptional - The location, quiet area. accessible restaurants. the water taxi to Granville Island was steps away. small minor to have for guests - kleenex, salt and pepper, had sugar- but maybe coffee creamer. other than these small suggestions, the unit was FABULOUS
- Simon (7/5): A quiet apartment well suited to a short stay. - The apartment was quite central with easy access to Granville Island. A brilliant supermarket about 2 blocks away.
Parking easy to access.
I also requested a late check out and this was really helpful. Some of the furniture was a bit dated but everything worked. It would have been nice if there was a small supply of Dishwasher and washing machine soap.

Apartment was lovely but needs work Apartment needs some updates, blinds broken and in the bedroom this caused light at night. Lots of little things need upgrading. Poor kitchen supplies. Cleaning needs to be more thorough
- Elizabeth (4/5): Not the best - Location was good The property was not cleaned well. The duvet cowe was old and didn’t appear clean. The bath didn’t drain and had hairs in when we arrived and the blinds were broken. TV didn’t work and the toilet did not flush properly. The lady was pleasant and did come out to try to unblock without much success.
- Palvinder (1/5): Worst stay! - location was good as it was walking distance from major stores and close to seawall! getting keys and parking was esay and there was no issue getting into the building Washroom mat was dirty, bed linen was stinking, Sofa bed was in bad condition and uncomfortable. There was moss behind the washroom door and bath tub needs repair as water does not drain. Overall, unhygienic place to stay at this cost. Portable AC was there but it didnt hv a vent so warm air would flow back into the room. i would never book a place like this again and its better to stay in a hotel
- Coverdale (9/5): Wonderful location for visiting many places near by with room to be comfortable. - The location was great! There are a few restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. It's a block away from the Aquabus that took us to Granville Island and other locations. The view from the living room and office windows was perfect for my morning coffee and vacation book. Some items in the unit were clean but stained or falling apart. The bedding had some mysterious stains and the pillows were yellowed. The coffee pot fell apart when I went to make coffee in the morning but it was still functional.

- Michael (5/5): Great location but Condo tired, though we enjoyed our time in Vancouver overall. - Fabulous location. Handy to the ferry to Granville Markets. Quiet location away from the main drag, surrounded by mature trees and small park across the road. Convenience store located right opposite. The area was safe and had a great vibe. Nice views from the Condo as well. The Condo is due some maintenance to it's interior. i.e. bi-fold doors broken, blinds need replacing and bathroom taps need attention. Refreshing some of the paint work like skirting boards and sills would go a long way. The toilet seat was broken on arrival, but was replaced the following day. Whilst the bed was comfortable, the bottom sheet had a small tear which felt a bit 'budget'. The air conditioning controls on the walls are redundant as the central air-con has been removed at some point - though there is a portable unit in the storage closet by the door. Could also do with some new sofas.

- Jennifer (1/5): Unacceptable conditions and unclean. Do you like sleeping in other peoples hair and uncleaned sheets - They posted they had a crib or cot which was unavailable and they only confirmed this once past the refund period. Upon arrival the apartment was stifling hot, and unacceptable unclean. The bedding when pulled back had black hair allover indicated it was not clean, the "couch" had white and back stain all over it and surfaces were dusty. We were in the apartment less than 30 mins as we did not feel comfortable putting our 2 year old to sleep in someone's unwashed sheets. The host was unhelpful and denied the conditions despite pictures and notification within the hour our Check in, stating the "maintenance" company had been in. They have refused to provide a refund or partial refund because the sheets were pulled back. Furthermore, Booking.com stated we would need to chase the property for refund ourselves despite admitting they would not have their own family stay in the picture provided conditions. Do not stay here unless you're an 18 year old frat boy.

Cleanliness
Facilities Too hot with no control. The controller did not work
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good - Location is great and, for an expensive city to stay in, it was good value. Awesome to have a desk area, beautiful 4 person dinning table, sitting space and bedroom with door. The space is dated and the bed is firm sure - but neither prohibited a great stay. Location makes the ferry very walkable and much of downtown is accessible too (it’s just uphill).
Note: The rental company does prefer to be paid in cash, etransfer. No problems with that.
- Don (10/5): Perfect long weekend getaway! - Property is ideally located for easy access to Vancouver’s sea wall, west end, downtown and Yaletown.
- Lynne (6/5): Location is amazing; more attention needs to be paid on the comfort and cleanliness of the apartment. - The location was superb. Easy access in and out. Free parking was a real bonus. The bed was rock hard. The blinds were broken. No screens on the windows. No care taken with detailed cleaning, baseboards,walls, etc. the apartment needs updating badly.
