• Grant (9/5): Really loved it. We will be back - Awesome location, great value for money. Only negative was the vacuum cleaner was blocked/broken so we couldn’t use it to tidy up on our final day. Vacuum cleaner broken, cookware old and non stick pans need replacing. Floating floorboards have gaps in them and they slide underfoot.

Despite all of the above owner won’t offer a partial refund - It is centrally located but there other centrally located properties which are much much nicer. Please don’t waste your money and stay here It is very noisy. The cafe below has the music blaring and you will hear kitchen noises and the music all day. The apartment is not finished off well. The floor boards are literally floating and there are gaps between some boards. The couches and rug were filthy with lots of stains. There was a hole in the toilet wall stuffed with toilet paper, blind in one of the bedrooms doesn’t work, extraction fan in the bathroom doesn’t work. It’s not a cheap place to stay. Please don’t waste your money staying here.

• Edwards (3/5): disappointing. - The location was good. The property didn't include linen (at almost $400 a night, a $40 surcharge for linen was unacceptable). Linen was handed to us when we collected keys (heavy and cumbersome). It would be better to leave it at the apartment, so doesn't have to be lugged up stairs by clients. Property had visible rubbish (food boxes) piled under the main stairwell entrance. Not a good look on arrival. Property was cheaply furnished/decor was dated and gaps in the flooring which caught our heels. Quilt covers were faded and flimsy. Main sliding door difficult to open and exterior light above the main entrance not working (unsafe when coming home at night) no tissues and 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for 3 days.

• Paula (7/5): Enjoyable stay, located in a fabulous central part of town. - Great location, very central and easy to get to. great to have a car park. The property needed a good clean. Also for the price, felt that linen should be provided.
• Claire (6/5): It's a nice enough apartment but noisy because of the cafe below. - The apartment was spacious with a lovely view and close to everything. I think it's ridiculous to expect interstate travelers to provide their own linen and the $35 per bed fee is too high. We weren't even given a bath mat. There was one roll of toilet paper for 4 people for 4 days and no shampoo, conditioner or gel/soap in the shower which is more an issue to do with the cleaning staff perhaps than the host. The main issue however is the noise. From 8:00am onwards you hear the sound of the cafe below and at 9:00am they turn on their music which echoes up through the floor. No lazy sleep-ins at this apartment if that's what you're after.
