• Thorsten (10/5): - Absoluter Volltreffer. Die Abwicklung verlief problemlos. Die Ausstattung sehr zufriedenstellend. Sehr bequemes Bett, auch wenn ich die Küche nicht genutzt habe war alles da was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Trotzdem das Apartment in der Fußgängerzone liegt sehr ruhig nachts. Man kommt aus dem Gebäude raus und steht inmitten der Fußgängerzone. Sehenswürdigkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Ebenso die Haltestelle für den Flughafentransfer. Ich war mehr als zufrieden. Tip. Die Duschbrause müsste befestigt werden dann wäre es perfekt.

• safranj (10/5): Izuzetno, preporuka svima za udoban i prijatan boravak u centru Banja Luke. - Sve je bilo izuzetno, od komunikacije sa domaćinom, čistoće apartmana, i sadržaja sa ubrusima, peškirima, sve što može zatrebati, kreveti i sobe udobni i prostrani. Lokacija sam centar, ne može bolje. Plus parking mesto u garaži. Preporuka svima. Nema greške. Nema ničeg da zamerimo.

• Sanda (10/5): Biser u srcu grada ✨️ - Sve je super. Čist,, ugodan i prostran, u centru grada. Komotan za 4-5 osoba. Domaćin je uvijek na usluzi, ljubazan i pružio detaljne upute za smještaj. Mozda samo nedostaje aparat za kafu ali nije zamjerka, više preporuka.Malo je glasno navece sa izvana, ali nama nije smetalo. Ipak je apartman u srcu grada. Moja preporuka svima. Nista, sve je super.

• Ivana (10/5): - Prezadovoljni smo boravkom u Banja Luci! Ovaj objekt nam je to učinio još ugodnijim. Lokacija objekta (sami centar grada, tržnica, tvrđava Kastel), čistoća, opskrbljenost objekta... sve je za 10. Sve pohvale i za vlasnika objekta koji je ugodan za komunikaciju i jako susretljiv! Sigurno ćemo se opet vratiti tamo, prvom prilikom!

• Ann-Kathrin (9/5): Super Lage und tolle Kommunikation - Super Lage mit Parkplatz. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Besonders die Erklärung vorab vom Besitzer war extrem hilfreich und zuvorkommend! Auch die Kommunikation später sehr unkompliziert und hilfreich Leider hat das Spannbetttuch oder das Bett nicht gut gerochen, eher alt und rauchig.

• Jean-Charles (9/5): Une très belle adresse, en plein centre ville - L’emplacement est top, en plein centre ville… L’hôte a été très aidant pour me guider et à trouver de bonnes adresses L’appartement est bien équipé et très propre Il faut fermer la fenêtre et préférer la climatisation car l’activité du hangar côté fenêtre démarre à 5 heures du matin
• Radina (9/5): Ça peut être un peu mieux, mais très bien quand même - L'emplacement est parfait, à côté de tout. Le personnel est sympa et accueillant. Le lit est très confortable. L'appartement est bien isolé, il ne fait pas très chaud et pas très bruyant. L'appartement est plus petit que les photos. le lit prend toute la place, difficile d'utiliser le reste des équipements.. Il manque des lumières à côté du lit.

Only one disadvantage - one set of keys for 7 people and not working intercom. Also somebody before us left dirty clothes in one closet and the stuff did not get rid of them.

The car parking lot was a short walk away but it was a safe designated spot underground near high value hotels.
