• Katherine (10/5): - Michael is a great host and gave us a ride to the ski lift every morning. The apartment was stocked with coffee, milk, water and beer when we arrived. It’s a very convenient location to the main gondola and restaurants. I highly recommend this stay.

• Tadeusz (10/5): Pohodlné ubytování v domácím prostředí s vynikající dostupností centra města i lanovek a vleků. - Skvělé ubytování s vynikající polohou: prakticky v centru Kitzbuhelu, ale v docházkové vzdálenosti k hlavní lanovce na Hahnenkamm, Navíc - i když to nebylo daleko - nás hostitel každý den ráno k lanovce vozil. Check in i vrácení klíčů proběhlo bez problémů v půjčovně Ski Rent Michael v přízemí budovy, kde jsme bydleli. Nic negativního mě nenapadá.
• Peter (10/5): The most convenient, low hassle place possible with rental shop and rides! - The location was perfect. It was close to the town center and the main gondola. Michael and his staff drove us to the gondola station every day and renting our skis at the shop was so convenient. We stored the skis and they dried our boots every night. Great layout. It was a little different having the toilet in a bathroom that wasn’t the shower/tub room, but it ended up working well. Coffee machine was perfect! Everything was convenient!

The property was very close to the center city, good restaurants, skiing. The apartment was very clean...almost seemed new. We would absolutely stay here again! Wish the snow conditions had been better, but it is always iffy in this early in the season.

• Mark (10/5): A+ experience - This place was absolutely perfect. Ski rental directly downstairs made it so easy to get everything we needed - which was everything! Super easy & pretty walk from Hanekhamm train station. We could've walked to gondola in the morning but Michael insisted on driving us in his truck. Apartment was pristine and stylish and had beans loaded in the espresso machine, ready to be ground, with creme already waiting in the fridge, along with other refreshments. It was like staying with family! The water pressure in the showers was heavenly. Easy walk to the most charming town center you can imagine. Absolute A+ Wish we could have stayed longer!

We also used the owners ski rental (with discount). The owner drove us to the ski lift for free, despite us never asking and the place only being 7 minutes away by foot.

It's very central location, near shops, restaurants and ski lifts. Michael is a very attentive host. He arranged to drive us to the ski lift every morning with our ski equipment, a detail every parent will appreciate! We will gladly come back, this place is a gem. Appartment has a washing machine and a dryer, well equipped kitchen. Fridge was full with complimentary drinks on arrival. Absolutely loved our stay, thank you Michael.

• Labchan (10/5): Well-equipped and clean apartment in a perfect location - The apartment was clean, very well-equipped, and a perfect size for a family of 4 (and a dog). It was in a great location, just a 5 - 10 min walk to the closest lift and town center. The host is extremely kind, helpful, and responsive, and the ski shop below have friendly staff. Having a washer and dryer in the bathroom also helped us a lot. We had a great time there. Nothing, it was great. Another toilet would be ideal but it wasn't an issue.

Michael and his staff were amazing, offered to pick us up and drop us to the train station and drove us to the mountain each day and the equipment at his ski hire shop downstairs was exactly what we were after. Apartment was very nice, super warm, and in a very central location to everything. There were some beers and wine waiting for us in the fridge which is always nice, as well as coffee and the bathrooms were fully equipped with all toiletries. Nothing, everything was great.

• Dennis (10/5): Great place and great value! - I’ve been coming to Kitzbuhel for 20 years and we’ve been bringing our children every year for the past 5 years. This is easily the best place we have stayed. The location is fantastic (we could walk the kids to ski school in the morning in 5 mins, every restaurant was about a 5 min walk, grocery stores, bakeries, etc all 5 mins or less). The ski and boots equipment was down stairs (and much cheaper than other places we have rented from). The flat was clean, lots of natural light, warm! (Almost too warm, but we just turned the heat down) and the beds were comfortable. There is some road noise (just put the shutter down), there is no microwave (bring one of you can’t live without one), no freezer (we didn’t need one), and they have the big fluffy Austrian pillows (it’s Austria) so if that’s not your thing bring your own pillows. Michael himself is easy going and helpful, we were several hours late getting there and he was fine meeting us late on a Sunday night — he even offered to drive us to the ski school. We are definitely renting again for next years half term

His communication was very good/friendly. He met us when we arrived, carried some of our bags in, showed us around the apartment and handed us the keys. Michael very kindly, let us store our snow equipment in his ski shop - which was very convenient.

Rental shop downstairs makes it so convenient to grab things you need before heading to the slopes. Nothing. Michael is very responsive and always have a solution to anything you need.
