• Rodríguez (9/5): - Limpio, buena calefacción, buena presión de agua, bien equipado. Te dejan café, chocolate, azúcar, mermelada, algunos tés. Además sal y algo de aceite. Un poco apretado para 4 adultos, pero está bien para un par de días. El baño es cómodo y amplio.

• Audrey (5/5): Inspect property for damage, do not stay in unit 2 - Do not take apartment #2. If is right next to the stairs going to the top floor and often people congregate right in front of apartment. I felt as if we had no privacy. Also, do not like the message warning us that we would have to pay for “structural” damage windows, furniture, appliances, etc. it’s very ironic because the management claims everything is in great condition but it’s not. When we checked in there was a broken window, the refrigerator gasket was cracked, many of the drawers did not open and the chairs are rickety. I felt insulted to receive such a message and felt as if they were trying to fix the apartments by perhaps charging clients? The location is great, beds comfy, management responsive. It for above reasons would not stay again. Cleaning….cleaned once but didn’t bother to fill bathroom soap, shampoo and conditioner

• Jean-Guy (9/5): Would happily return. - Comfortable, bright, spacious apartment. Very friendly and responsive host. The big plus is the yoga room; it had the equipment, music and the perfect atmosphere to allow us to practice some yoaga after a day's trekking. It is perfectly located near a super mercado, restaurants and the beginning of numerous trails.

• Romina (10/5): Excelente estadía de 4 amigas en El Chaltén. - Excelente ubicación y atención. El departamento está muy bien equipado, con todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios y detalles como reposición de papel higiénico, bolsas de residuos, café y mermelada. Cuenta además con servicio de lavandería. El personal tuvo siempre muy buena predisposición para ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitamos, incluso nos asistieron con la reserva de un transporte para una excursión. Las camas eran muy cómodas. ¡Muchas gracias por todo! Una de las camas era tipo carrito y estaba ubicada en el comedor, por lo que era baja y la mesa quedaba algo incómoda al lado. De todas maneras, destaco que el colchón era muy cómodo, ideal para descansar después de los trekkings.

Staff go the extra mile to make their guests happy. Very quick and good communication. Maybe slightly thin walls between apartments but that’s only a problem when other guests are loud😉

• Frederick (10/5): Great spot for a week’s stay. - The apartments (one for us and one for a friend traveling with us) were spacious and clean and great for our 8 night stay. Bed was comfortable. Parking was good. The pans were great. A short walk to most places in town. Near the Northern trailhead. We had inconsiderate upstairs neighbors for two nights, but the other 6 nights were quiet.

I'd you have an American sweet tooth, it is excellent. I wish I could remember the name of the lady that checked us in. She helped us create a plan for the entire four days that we were there. I would highly recommend this place

Antonela estava sempre disponível e nos ajudou com dicas do tempo e das trilhas. Tem mercadinho e restaurantes bem próximos. A entrada do Parque Nacional também é próxima. Não tinha uma área verde para relaxar, tomar um sol. Mas não chega a ser um problema se você vai ficar poucos dias e fazer trilhas. Não tem televisão, se chove pode fazer falta para algumas pessoas.

Lo staff e in particolare Antonela sono molto accoglienti e gentili e hanno gestito un’incomprensione sul numero degli ospiti in maniera eccellente. Gli appartamenti sono molto caldi e non riuscivamo ad abbassare il termosifone.

• Agustina (10/5): Excepcional - El apartamento es muy bonito, se encuentra en excelentes condiciones de limpieza y bien equipado. Es muy acogedor llegar desde el frío de afuera y que el apartamento esté tan calentito, se puede estar de manga corta. El check in muy flexible ya que te proporcionan un código para obtener la llave. Es una excelente opción para hospedarte en el Chaltén.

Tiene buena ubicación para cuando bajas del cerro no caminar mucho más y ademas a una cuadra de la calle principal podría tener una tele, pero en lugar así no es indispensable.

A localização é perfeita, perto de mercado e restaurantes e ao lado da entrada para a trilha ao Fitz Roy. O atendimento é excelente! Para melhorar sugiro a instalação de TV, bom para dias de chuva.

La cocina tenía todos los elementos necesarios. Había té, azúcar, café, chocolatada, dulce casero. Anto muy amable, nos recomendó varias cosas de utilidad y estaba a disposición. Hay un súper a una cuadra y está cerca del sendero Fitz Roy. La calefacción muy buena. Tiene wifi y funciona bien.

The bed was very comfortable. The heat worked well and it was a nice place to stay inside and hide from the wind and rain of El Calafate. The self-check in was easy and convenient. The laundry service is crazy expensive at 16,000 pesos per basket. They gave us a discount to match the local laundromat that offered 12,000 pesos per basket, but still so expensive!
