Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

- Trevor (8/5): Loverly stay in spacious, well-equipped apartment close to the beach at Fingal Bay. - Spacious Apartment in quiet area close to the beach. Good for larger families, has 4 bedrooms. Air Conditioned. Secure parking. Large balcony with BBQ. Advertised as water views but only has water glimpses. Only provide bare basics in starter pack. 1 toilet roll, 1 dishwashing tablet, 1 washing powder tablet. No insect screens on doors or windows. Need to bring or hire linen all linen, sheets, towels, tea towels, hand towels. Only 1 set of keys provided.

- Evonne (9/5): Great location - Spacious apartment - Great location, very clean apartment on the inside however the outside areas were a little dirty. The apartment had everything we needed for our family holiday except the linen which we decide was too expensive to hire therefore we brought our own and had to make up the beds. The beds were somewhat comfortable, and we enjoyed the big bath. We would recommend this lovely apartment and would love to return. It is a little expensive, but it did offer a great location, with an easy walk to the beach, headland and the bike track. The apartment is also conveniently located above a cafe and general store. We had a great stay. Our first impressions were the visibly dirty foyer that had not been swept for a long time and the patio that looked clean had very dirty tiles, we wore our shoes, as we were getting black feet.
