• Elisha (1/5): Disappointing - Location and pool We were not advised about tram line works. This was directly outside our apartment. Every night from midnight until 4am We had little to no sleep for our entire stay. Nothing on the booking was mentioned and when I contacted management all that was offered was $50 which I then never got back. The gas cooktop is advertised but not in working order and a small bench top is provided but this was not mentioned and we did our shop before we arrived. We also had cockroaches

• Dilan (7/5): It was nice spacious property with nice views, had a great pool facility as well. - I was informed to go to 7Eleven which I went and they didnt have the keys and then told me to go back to a nother shop called Daily Grocer to collect thekeys and it was a frustrating experience. Things to keep in mind if you hire the property, NO WIFI, NO Pool Towels, NO extra towels as we have booked for 4 nights, Only Two toilet rolls per bathroom, Small soap and shower gel bottles enough for two nights. We were strugling to wash and dry to use them after going to pool, Not enough airconditioning for all 3 rooms but had enough for Living area. I have informed the issue to the CoastHM in the second day and no one attended and had to inform then for the second time to look at the issue and again not solved. We had to keep the room doors open to flow the air from living area to cool rooms in the night.

• Rachel (8/5): Great location, perfect for 3 couples with a pool that gets sun all day - Excellent location with 10 min walk to Pacific Fair in one direction and 10 min to the beach in the other direction. Lots of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. We have stayed in Broadbeach 4x now and this has been the best located apartment we have stayed in. The apartment has everything we needed and the pool gets sun all day. No wifi is very outdated but we discovered you can become an Accor Hotel member and join the hotel wifi network which works in the lounge but not the bedrooms. There was traffic noise as expected from other reviews and the blinds don’t block out the night lights very well but a sleep mask and silicone ear plugs worked well for me being a lighter sleeper.
• Vicki (8/5): The road noise is quite bad. There is some maintenance on the windows that needs to happen. - Confusing at first but then found where we needed to be. Having to find a park to go into the 7/11 was frustrating. Lucky it wasn't too busy. I was given the wrong number for parking at the accommodation which meant we had to stay in visitor parks and were reminded to move them every 24 hours.
• Michael (7/5): Good - Easy access and great location. Comfortable and good temperature control. All facilities in good order. Would stay again. We were not told that one of the bathrooms was being refurbished. There was a lack of soap bars.
• Nicholas (5/5): Passable - Clean Tidy Nice layout Staff very attentive Instructions clear Room is poorly insulated from noise. We were advised of roadworks on the Gold Coast high way but very little can be done to mitigate the noise. Noise from all roads seemed to penetrate the glass and windows. Windows seemed to have poor acoustic sealing.

• William (3/5): Poor - Both bathroom sinks clogged, pool room smelled very strongly of sewerage, dishwasher was broken, kettle was broken, no car spot provided, booking was not advertised as a third party booking but front desk staff where rude due to this and did not provide standard amenities, my pregnant sister was denied a pool towel, key location provided on the booking was not correct and i had to go to 2 different locations.

• Tracey (8/5): Wonderful location close to everything in walking distance and tram. Very roomy and spacious. Just need a new dishwash - Excellent location. Spacious and roomy. Awesome views. Pool was great. Aircon condensation left big water patches on carpet and dishwasher doesn’t clean dishes properly. Had to rewash all glasses before using and they were still dirty. The cutlery in drawer was oily feeling.

• Mellissa (7/5): Great location and value for money just a shame of the noise and coldness in the middle bedroom - Great location and size of the rooms No hairdryer and the shower water pressure was very minimal. The highway noise is extremely loud even though your on level 15 you can hear everything. The middle bedroom is very cold in comparison to the other rooms when the windows are closed.
