• gabriela (1/5): - solo la ubicacion es excelente y el wifi era bueno nos dio mal la indicación del lugar para retirar llaves (nos perdimos) con fotos viejas que no concordaban con el lugar, no pudimos encender el horno ya que tenia indicaciones especiales las cuales no estaban explicadas y lo logramos al dia siguiente luego de que nos explicara como hacerlo ya que tenia seguro para niños, encontramos sucio el horno, el aire acondicionado estaba solo en comedor (no aclarado en booking) no llegaba a enfriar el cuarto, indicaciones ambiguas para la devolución de llaves ya que decia una cosa en el apartamento y otra indicacion en la app de booking, finalmente la propietaria nos facilito la entrega indicando dejaramos las llaves en el apartamento por suerte te aclaraban que te multaban si dejabas vajilla sucia o sin guardar pero ellos dejaron sucio el horno, tampoco nos gusto que son dos pisos por escalera mas un piso mas desde cochera o sea tres pisos por escalera, ademas eramos dos personas y nos dio un solo juego de llaves se nos complicaba ingreso y egreso de la propiedad cuando salia uno solo por alguna cosa

• Kaylene (7/5): Nice unit in the heart of surfers paradise - Location is great. Close to beach and shops. Host was friendly and helpful when I called. We booked for five people but there is only enough beds for four. One of us slept on the couch. Picking up the key from the mini mart is a little inconvenient.

• Sharmila (1/5): Our stay at the apartment was unfortunately not a pleasant experience. To begin with, the parking space is extremely nar - The only good thing about the property is location. It is very near to beach and surfers paradise town centre. Our stay at the apartment was unfortunately not a pleasant experience. To begin with, the parking space is extremely narrow and requires a high level of skill to navigate without risking damage to your car. The cleanliness of the apartment was also disappointing. The floors were very sandy—more like being at the beach than inside an apartment—and overall, it did not appear to have been cleaned properly. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen cupboards. The bathroom ventilation was inadequate, and a strong unpleasant odour would spread from the bathroom into the kitchen area. The bed in the bedroom was unstable and kept moving, which made it uncomfortable. Basic supplies were insufficient for a three-day stay, including essentials like toilet paper and dishwashing liquid. To make matters worse, when we reached out to the host regarding these issues, we did not receive any response. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations.

The dislike was my mistake, as i thought I had seen bath spa and was hoping for a bath, and was surprised no bath.. my little disappointment, but my error in not asking up front, not the owners.

• Jenny (6/5): - The location was great! You are in walking distance of everything. Unit 3 was excellent! It looked newly refurbished, everything in it looked new and it was on the ground floor it was great! The pool was awesome too. Parking was secure, a bit tight but my husband managed it. Because we traveled as a family of 7 and cooked every night - Our unit 25 didn't have a microwave, dish cloth or brush and you don't get extra towels. These are minor things I know, but my expectation was that you did. We couldn't work out how to use the stove top, there were no instructions and didn't get instructions until the last night of our stay which was disappointing. We also had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with luggage which wasn't ideal. When we dropped the keys off to the shop you take it to, it wasn't open at 5.30am (i did check) so luckily there was a gap under the door and i shoved it there. They need a lock box for those departing after hours. We also had unit 3 and it had everything and was on the ground floor, no stairs! Unit 3 looked recently refurbished it was excellent 🤩

• sargentsteve (7/5): Great Location. - The location is perfect. Close to the beach, shops and entertainment strip. Nice pool, but there is no longer any hot tub. The room had not been cleaned properly at all. The floor was sandy and had bits of the last guests chips on it. It obviously had not been vacuumed or mopped in any way. We even found an old toothbrush just outside the shower. Less than a third of a roll of toilet paper for a two night stay for two. No replacements. Instuctions in the room on how to leave the key on departure are totally incorrect. We dropped it where it described. Only to be told they dontaccept it in the drop box and we had to take it to the shop a block away where you collect it. Had to cancel our Uber to acheive this. Room instructions need updating and cleaners also.

• Chris (10/5): Excellent Unit to stay in close to Surfers Paradise Beach - Location was excellent, surfers main shopping centre and beach is a 2 minute walk away. Secure parking and access to my unit. I was happy with everything and looking to book my next holiday with them again.

Would have helped if there were abit of instructions as I have never used a Glass Cook Top. *Microwave came very handy instead - egg soufflé was better than scrambled eggs 👍

Key code came in while I was travelling & I couldnt find the email pass no. to pick up the key, so I had to ring the host. It would have been easier to have the key code on the booking confirmation booking to give to Mini Mart instead of scrolling through many emails trying to find the key pass no.
• Janet (8/5): Lovely unit, refurbished, secure park but beware key pick up offsite. - The apartment had everything we needed from full sized fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dryer and very comfortable beds. A good amount of towels too! Location is amazing so close to beach, shops, transport. Staff responded quickly to questions. Secure parking spot included was a big plus. Pool included was good. Air-conditioned was great if required. We didn't need it as rained during our stay. Had all the cutlery and dishes we needed. Shower was lovely temperature adjusted quickly and head was nice and full. Unit has been updated nicely. A pretty quiet location. Picking up the keys from mini mart was a pain as there is no parking that side of the road and only 2 spots the other side with one way streets. Wraggling a baby and toddler on my own just trying to get a key was a frustrating start to an otherwise lovely stay. A warning about key and parking options near mini mart would be helpful. There are 4 flights of stairs from carpark to the unit with multiple doors to unlock. So not exactly pram friendly as the door was very heavy and required two hands. Parking included is tight not ideal for big cars, the hardest part is turning in and out of the driveway through the gate. You also need to use the key not fob on the gate. I didn't realise this at first. The pool was nice, but watch for the deep middle, kids needs to stay on the far edges as it drops quite quickly and about 2m just to be aware of. Additional stairs down to pool area. Door to balcony is jamming. Some Neighbours do smoke so had to keep windows and doors shut. Walls aren't thick so neighbour kept arriving 2am and could hear the resort pool behind the complex. But otherwise it was pretty quiet actually.

• Kimberly (7/5): Not the best hotel I’ve stayed at, but not the worst. - The location was perfect. Just meters from the beach and shopping. Not too far from public transport either! Pool was nice! And the little balcony made for a great seating place of the evenings. Price for location was a steal!! And having a full kitchen really helped with feeding my fussy child who struggles with eating out. Lots of stress reduced. The large bed wasn’t very comfortable- purely personal preference! If you like a super soft bed, you’ll have the best sleep ever! We arrived with only 1 towel available- room was booked for 4 people.. this was fixed the next day however! It was also a bit inconvenient that we had to find the shop to collect keys. Also quite confusing that the reception is not a part of the accommodation. Said there was a spa- no spa located. No towels provided for the pool, which is an issue when you’re travelling from interstate!

• David (8/5): Worth renting if you can find a date when its available. - Easy walking access to all restaurants and the beach. Accommodation is comfortable and secure with full facilities for cooking and laundry. Great find. Previous tenants had not emptied the bin, so whiff of dirty nappies BUT when we told the host, they IMMEDIATELY sent someone to deal with the issue. And they were most apologetic though this had not been their fault.

If you zoom in, you can actually see the ocean from the balcony!! Not enough toilet paper and the bathroom needs updating as the tiles in the shower were loose.

• Chenny Liu (3/5): Great location, poor facilities, and dirty and dusty accomodation. - The location is very close to the ocean. It is nice to walk down to the beach in a short walking distance. There is no microwave in the unit. The blanket was still sitting in the closet. Hubby and I got to make our own bed. The window in the bathroom couldn’t get closed properly. The noise from outside can travel in easily. The worst part is the dirty floor. Dust was still sitting on the floor here or there. If this is the condition, I will definitely pay less!
• Murray (2/5): A disappointing way to start our holiday, couldn't wait to move on. - We could have been given a room with a pool view that we paid for, instead of a ground floor unit down the end looking out to the gate to the road. The pickup and drop off of the key were very inconvenient, 2 blocks away and no nearby parking. The unit stunk of stale smoke and the kitchen smell was worse with a fish cooking smell. I could only manage the smell by keeping all windows ajar and doors open and putting the fan on, but this had little effect. The fridge was well off balance; I had to adjust a leg as it kept falling forward. There was no spa pool as advertised online and on the billboard. It's been deleted. The terrace outside our room was filthy with food stains and dust and a half-empty drink bottle under the table. Overall cleanliness was poor. I tried complaining on arrival except there was no response to the phone contact. The pool area and access to the beach are the properties best attributes. We enjoyed a swim and use of the loungers. I definitely do not recommend this property. Murray

The photos and description need to be amended so they are accurate. There was also an odour in the apartment; we tried to clean and opened the doors, but every time you entered, you could not escape the smell.

Having to drag 2 large suitcases plus a young child more than 2 blocks to collect the keys. Then do it again when we left to return the key. Microwave to high up in cupboard, didn’t use as I was to short to reach into it safely.

There was no proper greeting, and their tone while interacting with guests was neither welcoming nor respectful. At times, it felt like the staff didn’t have any training in handling customers professionally.

• Te (1/5): Disgusting - Nothing BEWARE! The person organising the accommodation didn’t send the instructions and on arrival at check in, I had no idea where I was going. I tried to call and she never answered. I called the intercom and spoke to reception to find that they didn’t manage the apartment. They said they always have this issue with this person. I was stuck with no one to help me and no where to go. I had to book accommodation somewhere else and the person texted me after I checked somewhere else. She said she could only text! Anyway I lost my money almost $400. When I requested a refund she said to go through booking.com as it’s quicker. I went through booking.com and they said she needed to accept. She didn’t accept and they closed the case. I tried to get my money from PayPal and the closed the case. Terrible experience and stole my money. The place looked awful too. Honestly spend your money on a nicer place with proper support. I font understand how she’s allowed to run this place.
• Colin (10/5): Great property to stay at when visiting Surfers Paradise - The property had a 'Fresh' / recently renovated feel about it. Didn't notice any marks/dents/scratches throughout the property. All accessories looked new such as TV, kitchen, bathroom, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dryer and shower. I thought the property was in immaculate condition. Nice to have a comfortable bed to sleep in when not in own usual bed. Wonderful hot showers each day. Great location - centrally located in Surfers Paradise, very-close to beaches. Also very-close to shops and public transport without having the noise. Very-comfortable property to stay at. Property located on ground floor, meaning not having to go up and down lots of stairs while staying there. Nicely priced at around $140 per night. Nothing.

• Elizebeth (4/5): Needs a good clean, hot water would be nice only good thing is location - Location was and easy parking Cleanliness the mould in the bathroom the floors were dirty we dropped a dummy under tv cabinet and it was 3 inches thick of dust and hair.
• Rosie (8/5): Weekend away - Short weekend trip away. Location was a plus! Info on activities to do, places to visit, that was provided in room was more than enough.

• Allan (5/5): Unit was okay for maybe young people that want to be close to the Surfers nightlife. - The unit was 2 floors up and no lift so older people struggle. There was no toilet paper in bathroom which meant that had to go to shop and buy as was not managed onsite. Unit was old and average clean. The beds were excellent.
• Labelle (9/5): Close to night markets - Dedicated parking space, spacious apartment, including laundry powder was fantastic as we were boarding a cruise ship for 10 nights following our stay so it was very helpful to do a load of washing. Very comfortable bed and within walking distance to the beach night markets and our river cruise we booked. We'll appointed room which had everything we required and was secure. Very hard to critique this stay. I would note you need to be able to carry your suitcase up a flight of stairs, I'm reasonably fit but was challenged by my 20kg suitcase. The parking is very tight, am glad my husband was driving.

• Laurel (10/5): Exceptional - You couldn't ask for a better location. Close to the beach and shops. We could see the surf from our balcony as well as the pool view. There was no microwave, but I was in touch with the host and they are going to rectify that.
