Important Information

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. All bookings, even if you choose the payment option Pay Later, will be charged 50% deposit immediately upon booking. All guests must agree to the Booking Terms and Conditions. The property will be in touch after booking using the contact details found on the booking. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card prior to check-in via a secure online form. These items may be presented in person if you are picking up keys during our normal office hours. All after-hours arrivals will be required to fill in the form. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that this property has a strict No Party Policy. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Quiet hours are 10pm. and 8am.

Charles (5/5): Very compact; kitchen and bedroom fine but bathroom way too small. - It is very cramped, particularly the bathroom. Using the shower is challenging for anyone over 5 feet tall and the wash basin is minuscule and placed in a very difficult location. I cannot imagine having more than two people staying so the uncomfortable sofa bed is pointless. The kitchen was excellent.
Rebecca (8/5): Very good - Central to everything, great location, clean, comfy accommodation. Collecting the keys at Currumbin is incredibly inconvenient when you fly in and then have to get to the office to get the keys. The shower head is gigantic and the shower door is going to get smashed against it. It’s tight because the bathroom and shower are so small.

Lisa (8/5): Had a great time - It was very close to the beach. Easy to access. For the fold out couch there was no doona cover just a doona it was also quite uncomfortable. The bathroom door doesn’t shut it slides back
