Please note that in winter snow chains may be necessary to reach the guest house, which is located approx. 1.6 mi up a mountain. The property does not serve dinner on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the summer and on Wednesdays in the winter from December to April.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Andris Veide (9/5): Wonderfull! - Fantastic family! Very friendly, welcoming and attentive. It was a real pleasure to spend the Christmas week at Johannes und Caroline's family property. Breakfast and dinner were always perfect. Apartments clean and nice. Location fantastic. There is nothing to be disappointed
Jörg (10/5): Perfekte Unterkunft mit sehr netten Gastgebern in traumhafter Lage - Vor ca. 15 Jahren waren wir mit unseren damals kleinen Kindern schon mal im Irxnerhof und waren gespannt auf die Kommentare unserer jetzt erwachsenen Kinder. Nur diesmal zum Skifahren über Weihnachten. Und, was soll ich sagen...alle waren begeistert. Die Ferienwohnung "Adlerhorst" ist sehr modern und komfortabel ausgestattet, mit viel Platz sich auch mal aus dem Weg zu gehen. Das Abendessen ist immer frisch gekocht und wer möchte, kann auch noch Nachschlag bekommen. Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut, mit allem was man braucht, incl. frischen Eierspeisen. Der Hof liegt sehr schön auf einem Berg mit Blick ins Ennstal. Wir sind täglich zur Reiteralm zum Skifahren gewesen und mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten dort. Nach einem anstrengendem Skitag kann man im Whirlpool, oder der Sauna entspannen. Hansi, Caro und die Eltern sind die perfekten Gastgeber um einen erholten und von Tag 1 einen entschleunigten Urlaub zu verbringen. Am Heiligenabend wurde von der Senior-Chefin aus einer alten Österreichischen Bibel mit viel Emotionen vorgelesen. Unbedingt Caros selbstgemachte Marmeladen probieren und käuflich erwerben, dann fällt der Abschied nicht so schwer. Liebe Familie Höflehner, wir kommen definitiv wieder, aber nicht erst nach 15 Jahren. es gibt nichts zu bemängeln,,,

Rico (10/5): und schöne Auszeit. Wir werden gern zurück denken. Der Bergvauernhof ist uneingeschränkt zu emofehlen. - Sehr schöne Lage. Ein reichhaltiges Frühstück mit Produkten vom Hof oder größtenteils aus der Region sorgen für einen guten Start in den Tag. Auch das Abendessen hat uns an jedem Tag gemundet. Frisch gekocht und wirklich abwechslungsreich. Hans und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und bemüht, es jedem Gast recht zu machen. Auch der Senior ist noch präsent und unterstützt mit Charme. Die besten Wandertips gibt es gratis dazu👍. Unweit höher gelegen die Sonnenalm. Auch ein herrlicher Ort zum Verweilen.

Jan (10/5): The best winter holiday ever! - Amazing dinners and breakfasts. The meals were homemade and delicious. The view from the window is breathtaking. The owners are very friendly and helpful. There is a lot of opportunities for skiing within minutes by car. It is also possible to have a nice walk straight from the pension.
Dylon (10/5): Lovely place!! - In an absolutely amazing location but is a little difficult to drive up to in the snow! The owners kindly offered a lift if you weren't comfortable in the snow, to and from the property. Owners were very welcoming and friendly, and spoke nearly perfect English, very helpful and accommodating and nice to chat to. The room we had was one of the smaller rooms but we still had an amazing view from our balcony, beds were quite comfortable, and although it wasn't the biggest room, they had a sofabed/futon which would have slept another person if needed, ideal for a kid maybe but just adding to the great value of the room! Not too far from a few slopes, we skied in Obertauern and it was probably a 30 minute drive through beautiful scenery. Even with families with children the property was so quiet. Loved the hotel and if we stay in this area again, would be happy to return!

Sima (10/5): Idyllisches Hotel mitten in den Bergen - Das Irxner ist ein Traum für Erholungssuchende mitten in der Natur. Es ist sehr familiär und man fühlt sich sofort dahoam. ;-) Es war ein herrlicher Urlaub. Da man sich auf einem Bauerhof befindet ist die Nähe zu den Tieren ganz normal und für uns absolut in Ordnung. Das leckere österr. Essen von den Gastgebern eigens zubereitet ist ebenfalls phantastisch. Wir kommen sicher mal wieder!!! Echt toll.
Herbert (10/5): Toller Kurzurlaub - Sehr entspannter Kurzurlaub in toller Umgebung und mit sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Wirtsleuten.
Torben Fischer (10/5): Fantastisk atmosfære - Rigtig flot bergbauernhof. Landlig idyl, men næsten som et hotel med al service, som var helt i top. Vi så 2 værelser, hvoraf det ene var helt luksus, men det andet som vi valgte var lidt mere enkelt, men med en fantastisk udsigt fra balkonen. Renligheden var i top og maden var virkelig god. Her laver værterne selv maden fra egne køer, høns o.s.v. Ingen snobberi, men meget familiær personale. Vi giver vores varmeste anbefaling til en østrig-tur.
Lukas (10/5): skvělé místo - Skvělé místo, nedaleko na lyže do Reiteralmu, výborné jídlo, čisté a hezké pokoje. Pension je asi 3km nad údolím, takže je tam krásný výhled, klid... Jen asi příjezd při velkém množství sněhu může být po lyžování další adrenalin :-)
