• Khalid (1/5): - Very disappointing experience at Interlaken City Apartments. The apartment itself was fine, but the behavior from one staff member completely ruined the stay. While I was briefly outside, a cleaner approached my guest in a very rude and aggressive way, questioning and counting the people staying there as if we were doing something wrong. The attitude was disrespectful and unprofessional. If management has questions regarding guests or booking policies, this should be handled politely by email or direct communication with the person who booked the apartment — not by confronting guests aggressively at the door. I travel often and understand house rules very well, but hospitality and respect are also important. Unfortunately, this experience made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope management improves the behavior and professionalism of their staff in the future.

The surrounding area is quiet, and there is also a bus stop and a supermarket within walking distance. The apartment is well equipped with kitchen utensils, and the living room has a large flat-screen TV for watching online programs. The bed in the bedroom is comfortable, and the hot water supply in the bathroom is sufficient. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. In addition, the property offers free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, which makes it much easier for guests to plan their trip and travel around comfortably. This was a very thoughtful and much-appreciated service. 若能再針對以下幾點做改善，入住體驗會更完善： 1. 建議提供沐浴乳與洗髮精，對旅客會更方便。 2. 建議加長浴簾，避免洗澡時水濺到浴室地板。 3. 建議提升客廳主燈亮度，讓室內照明更充足、舒適。A few small improvements could make the experience even better: 1. It would be helpful to provide body wash and shampoo for guests. 2. Extending the shower curtain would help prevent water from splashing onto the bathroom floor. 3. Increasing the brightness of the main light in the living room would make the space more comfortable.

• Edison (10/5): Nice and quiet apartment in Interlaken - Located at a convenient location, super close to both Interlaken Train stations. Around 7-10 minutes on foot from Interlaken West and 20 minutes on foot from Interlaken Ost both at a slow pace. The paths taken as well are shorter and more picturesques than the ones indicated by Google Maps. The flat was in a quiet part of Interlaken and it was very relaxing. The views from both sides of the flat are really nice with the mountains as backdrop. Nothing worth mentioning.

• DONG EUN (9/5): Very comfy place to stay - We stayed 4 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Full kitchen facility, good location while quiet at night. 👍Free parking was also nice . Most of all, host was very friendly and kind via e-mail communications. Wifi was a bit slow but that maybe because 4 of us were using wifi at the same time at night. There was a severe urine smell in the shower room when we arrived. We had to wash out the shower curtain and shower floor ourselves. Hope it doesn't happen again in future.
• Lan (4/5): It’s ok if no other choices. - Spacious. It has a little kitchen and a big table for dining. It has two fans. It saved my life since outside was 35C (95F), no air conditioner. My apartment is on the third floor, no elevator. Towels are supposed to be white but now color grey. Sheets not good quality. Mattresses has no edges support, and I fall once. No ventilation in bathroom. Only one little sink in bathroom, so we have to brush teeth in kitchen. Toilet inside the little bathroom, so you can not go to bathroom if someone taking shower.
• Carmen (9/5): Great place - Quiet place, warm, with necessary appliances for a short family stay. Interlaken is not a metropola so shops and restaurants are near by. It was clean, easy to get in, comfortable beds, with no restrictions on heating, convenient luggage room in case you want to walk around after check out. In short, for our ski weekend in Grindelwald and Meiringen, we liked it, and we will come back if we have the chance.

• Juhana (9/5): A peaceful, enjoyable and comfortable stay in the heart of Interlaken. - A beautiful and cosy apartment. Its really a “Home away from home”. Most of the things that we need for our stay was provided. Located in a quiet and peaceful street but very close to shops/ cafes/ restaurants and supermarkets and convenience stores. Interlaken West train station is just about 10 mins walk away. View of the mountains from the balcony was just awesome! We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay! We will surely want to return to stay here when visiting Interlaken again. Our stay here was as memorable as visiting Switzerland itself. Had difficulty with the key-safe. Perhaps a bigger key- safe to easily store the key would be great. It will also be helpful if there is a clothes washing machine in the apartment.

Having a communal user pays or better still a machine in the apartment would make this place even better.

• DOO YOUNG (5/5): 시설은 좋은데 아쉬움이 남는 숙소 - 위치는 나쁘지 않고 시설도 샤워실의 이상한 냄세 빼고는 깔끔하고 편히 이용 할 수 있었다. 5분거리에 마트, 코인세탁소 등이 가까이 위치해 있다. 조용한 주거지쪽 위치. 3박을 가족과 함께 하였는데 수건은 하루분만 지급이 되었다. 추가요청을 하였으나 숙박 기간과 관계없이 수건이 하루분량만 지급된다고 들었다. 여행 후 수건때문에 저녁에 피곤한 상태에서 코인세탁소에 왔다갔다 하다보니 휴식할 수 있는 시간을 3시간정도 잃어버리는 상황이라 너무 아쉬었다. 미리 안내가 있으면 좋겠고, 숙박일수만큼 지급이 된다면 더 좋을것같다.

• Lay Peng (9/5): 3 nights stay - Quite spacious and close to train station. Few extension cord provided, convenient. There's some smell at foyer when we entered the room, unsure was it the room scent or something else. Overall stay was pleasant.

• Lilach (6/5): - We like the bed the shower and the rooms and also the balcony. Near the center. We stayed for 3 nights got 1 towel for a person for all our stay. We ask for more and to change and didn't got. We also think it was nice to have regular coffee and milk. We paid for apartment and it's the minimum couple of towels and coffee and milk. One more thing, the bedding was unpleasant.

Die Lage ist wirklich toll – zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Wohnung bietet 3 Zimmer, genug Platz auch für mehrere Personen, und eine Küche mit allem Nötigen für den täglichen Gebrauch. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist mir die Qualität des Leitungswassers – frisch und ausgezeichnet. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Apartment für einen Aufenthalt in Interlaken, gerne wieder!

• johanna (10/5): - Beautiful apartment, really lovely atmosphere and a great location. Kitchen well stocked, we cooked every night. It was hot and there were fans in every room which was great. It was helpful that there was oil, salt and pepper and tea and coffee. A really welcome touch when travelling around by train and having to buy everything each time. The host was responsive to messages and it was spotless and lovely. It would be great for the main bedroom to have blinds like the children's room.

The kitchen is well equipped. Parking garage was very convenient. No shower gel and shampoos in the bathroom. Only one toilet.

• Kieren (9/5): Perfect apartment and location for our holiday. Would highly recommend. - Really well located apartment perfect for our family of 3 (there is room for 4) with 2 great sized bedrooms. Great additions such as smart TV and lots of info on different activities. Clean and well presented. Could benefit from having a little bit more crockery/cutlery e.g serving dishes to make it easier to cook a meal in, but not a big point.

The bed sheets are rough and the beds are not comfortable. There is no washing machine. We lived on the 1/F and there is no lift to reach the apartment.

• Goyal (8/5): Very good - They allowed us to check in early. By 2 pm Clean accommodation and good location 2nd bedrooms beds were flimsy. Apartments could do.with a washing machine albeit a common one. Please.provide instant coffee also
