• Nancy (10/5): Great apartment, clean and spacious. - The apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay in Banja Luca. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful, the bed was very comfortable and the place was spotless. The location was great for exploring the city and there are numerous restaurants and coffee shops nearby. However, be aware of the high wine prices at the coffee shop on the corner directly below the apartment, way too expensive and a skimpy pour. I found it at the local supermarket for a fraction of the cost. The washing machine came in handy and there is great water pressure in the shower. We would definitely stay there again! Everything was great!

• Jenny (10/5): Great location, nice apartment, fantastic host - Valentina and Goran were very helpful and organised our registration as foreigners with the local office. We went with them to pay the tax and organised the paper work and it took about an hour in total. It isn't far away from the apartment but their help was much appreciated. The apartment was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfy and we enjoyed being able to sit on the balcony for our meals. The indoor table was very handy for doing things on the laptop. There was a plug socket nearby and the WiFi worked well for video calls and other browsing. The location of the apartment was very nice. It was just a 3 minute walk to the river where there is a nice footpath, and about a 15 minute walk to the main square. Driving to the apartment was fine, just a little busy at rush hour, but the parking in the garage below the apartment block was free and very handy. There is a lift to the floor of the apartment. There are some small supermarkets, an ATM, a bakery, cafeterias, a couple of restaurants and a pharmacy all within a few minutes (2-3) walk of the apartment.

• Beatrice (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very kind, she was in contact with us all the time and she even picked us up at the bus station when we arrived in Banja Luka. The apartment is amazing, all is new and very comfortable. Close to the city centre.
