We have actually stayed in the same building before with other hosts, and the experience was significantly better. The communication with the host could have been better. After leaving my review, the host contacted me and questioned my rating, bringing up claims about my stay that I do not agree with, which made me feel uncomfortable.

Es war sauber, bot ausreichend Platz, und Bademäntel sowie genügend Handtücher wurden ebenfalls zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war top. Ich verstehe ehrlich gesagt nicht, warum das Apartment die ein oder andere schlechte Rezension erhalten hat./ Već od Banje Luke bili smo oduševljeni, ali ni apartman SL Luxury nije ostavio nijednu želju neispunjenu. Bio je čist, pružao je dovoljno prostora, a na raspolaganju su bili i bade-mantili kao i dovoljan broj peškira. Odnos cijene i kvaliteta bio je odličan. Iskreno ne razumijem zašto je apartman dobio poneku lošu recenziju.

Lokacija je savršena – u samom centru grada, pa je sve lako dostupno. Vlasnici su izuzetno ljubazni i uslužni, domaćin je lično izašao u susret, došao po nas i na aerodrom i odvezao nas na stanicu u pola pet ujutru– zaista nesvakidašnja pažnja i gostoprimstvo. Noću se može čuti muzika iz centra, ali to je i očekivano s obzirom na odličnu lokaciju. Sve u svemu, ostali su samo pozitivni utisci i tople preporuke svima koji planiraju posetiti Banjaluku! 🌟

- Ana (8/5): Perfect, central location - The 1 bedroom apartment was spacious with plenty of cupboard storage. Perfect for up to 4 people with 2 separate toilets and 1 large shower. Unfortunately, there was no washing machine in the apartment so had to share the communal laundry with other visitors as well as the host who uses it to service each apartment ie. washing towels, sheets, etc. It wasn't an ideal situation.

- Anuschka (10/5): Geweldig verblijf gehad in een supermooi appartement! - Het appartement was erg schoon en mooi ingericht. De eigenaar was zeer vriendelijk. Eén van de bedden had een zeer slecht matras. Wij hebben dat aangegeven bij de verhuurder en die zou meteen actie gaan ondernemen om het matras te vervangen. 's Avonds kwam hij naar ons appartement om de slaapbank in orde te maken, zodat wij toch nog een heerlijke nacht hebben gehad. Het appartement bevindt zich op een goede locatie nabij winkels en restaurants. De eigenaar kende iemand van de Dajak Klub en heeft voor ons een dajak tour geregeld!

I thought i was getting Apartment with lounge & washing machine, going by name Of place, description and First photo showing lounge. But only got a bedroom with Bathroom. Please note there are apartments in same building but they are more expensive. Also Rooms dont come with washing machine like facilities description, nor is there daily housekeeping which despcription aludes to. However you can pay extra to get clothes washed. We liked the Location and Room but didn’t like facility description which confused me when comparing other properties and facilities with similar price.

- Marcus (7/5): Lovely apartment which promised a lot, but ultimately disappointed. - It was a lovely, spacious apartment, close to the city centre. The host was helpful and always available when needed. There was no washing machine as advertised. The listing stated 4 beds (including 2 sofa beds) but there was only 1 sofa bed so our children were forced to share a bed. The downside of the city centre location is that it was quite noisy until quite late at night. Finally, the parking was disastrous - our car got locked in the underground garage and our departure was delayed by an hour while the host negotiated its release.

- Karin (8/5): SUPERB location! - We really liked the location, as it is in the middle of Banja Luka. Easy accessible, with parking and an elevator. It is also super new, recently renovated. For 53 euros a night in Bosnia we expected the room to at least have some kettle for water so we could prepare ourselves some nice tea in the morning. The room was basically a hotel room, but it lacked some amenities of a hotel room.
