• Cristina (10/5): Toller Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen Wohnung. Luxus pur. - Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, sehr groß und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie war sehr sauber, es gab genug Handtücher und sogar Hausschuhe für jeden. Wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick auf die Berge. Der Check-in war total einfach. Die Gastgaberin ist sehr nett und auf Nachfrage durften wir sogar später ausschecken. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt und wir werden die Wohnung weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

• Manuel (10/5): Increible - Nos encantó. Es un alojamiento perfecto, super bonito y muy cómodo. Además, el que nos tocó a nosotros tiene unas vistas mágicas. Tienes plaza de aparcamiento reservada en la puerta sin suplemento y el bus de esqui a 10 pasos. Aunque nosotros íbamos andando que son unos 7 minutos al remonte. Repetiremos seguro si tenemos ocasión en un futuro :)

Close to the ski bus stop and the centre of town, but quiet and cosy too. Really liked that a few small items were provided to make the stay easier. Little things like coffee,sugar, cleaning products and condiments which meant we weren’t rushing out to get basics from day one. Nothing, would happily stay there again

More than just salt and pepper condiments to use while cooking. Clean, easy access to get in. Ski room was available. Allowed luggage storage before and after the arrival and departure times. Price is high

• Christian (9/5): Rundum super Service - tolle Wohnung - Besonders gute und freundliche Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin bzw. dem Vermietungsmanager. Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Dies betrifft sowohl die Bereitstellung von zusätzlicher Ausstattung als auch Abhilfe. Starker Service! Außergewöhnlich, dass insbesondere zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr sehr rasch, unkompliziert und gastfreundlich agiert wurde. Betraf ein kleines Problem mit anderen Gästen, worauf der Vermieter sofern Einfluss nahm und dies sehr zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit gelöst hat. Top! So ist Urlaub immer gewährleistet und schön. Lage ist super, fußläufig ins nahe Zentrum und Skibus vor der Tür. Kostenloses Parken am Haus. Gemütliche und komplette Ausstattung der Wohnung , bequeme Betten, alles sauber und guter, beheizter Skiabstellraum. Tolles Bad, super Dusche und immer mollig warm. Dankeschön für die schöne Zeit.

Check in was easy and host was amazing throughout. Comfortable space for 7 of us, enough bathrooms for use. Not a dislike- just a preference, would have preferred use of a washing machine for the longer stay.

Kapcsolattartás a szállásadóval tökéletesen működött, az apartman elfoglalása zökkenőmentes volt. Az apartman könnyen megközelíthető, parkoló a ház előtt. Abszolút ajánlott, ha visszatérünk szívesen szállnánk meg itt újra. Ilyen nem volt.

Diese Unterkunft ist unserer Meinung nach ausnahmslos zu empfehlen!

The amenities, location and host are superb. - The location was great — we walked everywhere at Kitzbuhel except for when the family went skiing. And when we drove the car to ski, we were not worried about finding a parking space at Villa Anna, since there is ample free parking at the property. Carrie was a very responsive, accessible and knowledgeable host. When you are traveling, it surely is comforting to know that you could easily contact someone when something might go wrong with the accommodations. Luckily, everything at the property works and is clean.

Kitchen is clean and has everything we needed. The owner was very responsive when we had questions which was very helpful! My only wish was more places to sit, but that being said we were using the sofa bed which took away of lot of seating options. And we were out all day adventuring so mostly went right to bed!

We would consider renting again. - Great location, clean, well stocked, communication with Carrie was excellent, Most beds with the exception of one pullout sofa bed were comfortable. One of the units, the sofa bed was not comfortable. The set- up is such that to utilize the bathroom one has to traverse through a bedroom which can be inconvenient and disturbs sleep if the person on the pullout bed wakes needing to use the bathroom during the night. During our stay, there was another family(families) above which was a little noisy at times.

• Cynthia (8/5): Perfect for a family. - Really nice apartment. The bathroom behind the sitting room smelled like sewer gas/sulphur and I believe the toilet was leaking, so we just used the other bathroom and kept the door shut. The other bathrooms were perfect.
• Kosma (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very clean, beautifully furnished and well maintained. It was perfectly suited for our family of 6+2 kids. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, kitchen appliances were abundant and made meal preparation a breeze. There was also a great ski room, where we could dry our equipment after skiing. No big issues there, the only thing we can complain about is the pull-out couch in the "living room" - it was a bit cramped and squeaky as a bed for adults, however it turned out to be perfect for the kids.

• Luda (10/5): Amazing accommodation, don't hesitate to book! - Location next to the village center was quiet, but still easy to walk everywhere, including Hahnenkamm gondola and AquaPark; there is a cafe right next door, very nice larger bakery Schmidt about 3-4 min away for breakfast; but kitchen was lovely and well-equipped and Billa supermarket is less than 10 min walk from the property; you also have several restaurants around, from higher end like First Lobster, to casual Thai and pizza; also lovely wine shop, Terroir, but village center is just 5 min walk, with many food options and another Billa supermarket. There is a great massage place, KitzMassage, about 3 min walk. Villa is nicely decorated and new, great use of space inside, great shower. nothing

• Goran (10/5): Magical apartments in Kitzbuhel - Upon arrival to the apartment we had a moment of crisis. I had to open booking and show my girlfriend that the apartment was fully booked and we couldn't extend our stay beyond the 2 nights we had reserved. This is one of the most beautiful apartments I have stayed in. The Villa is situated in central Kitzbuhel. The views are incredible. There is a tiny little stream right next to the bedroom which makes the entire experience magical. I believe that the villa was recently updated so everything is really nice inside. The pictures don't do the place justice. When we arrived it started raining, and it was still an incredible stay for us. I can only imagine how it must be during the winter season with a lot of snow. The price was really great for Austria during the peak summer season. Much better than what you can get in the large cities. Villa Anna is a really special place and Carrie is a wonderful host. She answered all my questions regarding Kitzbuhel. I hope to be back for longer! Nothing to not like. My only question is how to do laundry if I have to stay longer. Perhaps there is a laundry machine in the building which I don't know about. Everything was really perfect, clean, fully stocked with a wonderful alpine design. :)
• Phillip (9/5): Good location, clean washroom, & comfortable bed - The location is good, and it is only 3-minute walk to the main street of the town. Although the kitchen seems a little bit small, most basic cooking electrical appliances are provided, and the cooking ware, stove, and oven, etc. are clean and enough for cooking. The most I like about this apartment is the comfortable bed, and the bedroom environment. I did really have good sleep here. In addition, the washroom is nice, spacious, and clean. The landlord is helpful, and gives prompt reply to our request or questions. As we need an early check-in, the landlord did try her best to make the arrangement for us. The apartment is smaller than what I expected from the pictures shown in the webpage. But it is just in the right size and enough for a vacation. Although there is a distance from the main road to the train station, you will still hear some car noise during the day time.
