Nathan (8/5): Very good - It was a great location with the beach and downtown Jaco. The lighting could be a little better.
Patricia (6/5): Other units on the same property that I stayed in were maintained better. - Ground floor unit so good if anyone has mobility issues with stairs or phobias of elevators. In front of pool. Codes were given for a lockbox and door. The door code did not work the whole stay and when requested to fix it by putting new batteries in it, we were advised to leave the keys in the lockbox. Not very convenient for different people to come and go having to always open a lockbox for keys since there was only 1 set. Condo is dated and could use upgrades and should fix minor repairs that make unit look shabby. Also, the rental manager company - Vacasa- require copies of your ID sent to them on their website, then takes your information and sends it to a 3rd party for verification. I did not like that as they have copies of your passport, birthday etc. and don't tell you they are doing that. The location on the beach is the saving grace. The unit owner should update the furnishings, fix the small damages throughout, not require ID pictures for privacy, and then I could have given the unit a higher score like I have for other units in same complex.
Kristopher (9/5): It was excellent! - I stay there each visit to Costa Rica. This was the second time I called the office to enter the condo. After a long trip and having to wait until 4 pm, I would appreciate not waiting for a key or the code.
Maaike (6/5): Vacasa unfriendly but nice place - the swimming pool was great and the appartement is well kitted out and pretty spacious Vacasa sublets this .. their hidden charges and unfriendly service .. .. broken garden furniture and the first cockroach in 3 weeks in Costa Rica
